Pornography and masturbation are probably your biggest problems. Cut it off for a week, get it out of your system and you probably won't have this issue. Take a pill of viagra next time if you are concerned, it will take the edge off, after that don't take anymore until you feel comfortable and the pressure is off as she would have been satisfied with you before. As I said before, don't take it personally, a lot of young men have this issue, nearly most of my friends had this at some point in their late teens and early 20s. This is generation 'fap', I really do worry about the future generation or the long term consequences though of this.
