Account executive dresses to create attention - and it backfires
We usually see this on Tinder, but now its on LinkedIN.

Check out her story:

Notice that the comments were disabled. I wonder why?

I also looked up the company blog, and her LinkedIN profile.

For those who don't have the patience to read, here is a short analysis.
First - About her:
1. Jayde Phoenix - Probably a 23 year old "Corporate Account Manager" (I believe that her email gives us hints on that), has joined Foursys UK on January 2016. I rate her as HB7 bordering HB8.
2. She has a problem managing her way around LinkedIN (having 2 titles at the same time on the job). Her profile is also a sales pitch (minor No-No on LinkedIN).
3. Probably an attention whore - according to the highly non professional photo on her profile.

Now about the incident:
1. Foursys wanted to raise attention. Jayde had an idea:
Quote:On Thursday, 11 August, one of our cybersecurity account managers, Jayde, came up with the idea of an online competition, with a bottle of champagne as the prize.
2. This is how they did it:
3. Trolls rushed in to comment. My favorite:
Quote:I count 82 USB sticks and two space hoppers
.
4. The company was shocked, and Jayde ran for cover. LinkedIN removed the post with all the funny comments. Foursys screams: Cyberbullies!
5. So the competition was aborted. Foursys and Jayde made the video above.
6.
Quote:In light of the circumstances, we have decided to offer the bottle to Jayde, as a token to remind her of the day she fought back

What she says:
1. "I'm good at my job"
Maybe, but you have 8 month record in IT sales. You have nothing to show on your profile to prove that.
2. "People do not believe I'm good because of the way that I dress"
If a man dressed like you, we won't believe it either. You are IT sales, dress the part. You did dress like a booth babe.
3. "We all sit around and say we want more women in the IT industry"
Who said that? "All"?
4. "I know more than 99% of the people you meet on the street", "I can tell you what a denial of service attack is, or how an SQL injection works"
Just because you had 1 week of orientation at an IT company and had seen a lot of presentations does not mean that you are better than 99% of the people.
They can look it up online.

My analysis:
1. Campaign gone wrong - she thought she could leverage her looks and reputation. Misfired.
2. I'm shocked that people on LinkedIN (which can be easily identified) responded like that. It's one thing when you are anonymous in a forum, but this could backfire.
3. Good reaction by LinkedIN - make the "problem" go away.
4. WB for sure

Those tits should feed babies not corporate ads.

Also they seem to be taken care of.

Lmao hilarious i work in the cyber security industry and that competition was linked in our group chat of co-workers (all dudes) recently and we had a good laugh about the same thing.

I personally dont want women in the IT industry, or any other male dominated industry for that matter but I think that is the general sentiment over here anyway.

She got what was coming to her, off camera she is probably rubbing herself off to the attention anyway.

"Denial of service".

Is that what she calls it when she goes on a date with a beta.
He pays.
Yet she doesn't put out? Laugh

"Hey, I'm more than a pair of tits..."

Porn star name to boot.

So is she actually cyber security expert or just manages customer accounts without technical knowledge? From her linkedin I don't see any technical skills except Networking but that might be also networking with people not with computers.

I'm a pretty good judge of people just by looking at them.

Without a doubt, I can say that 23 year old Jayde Phoenix is terrible at it security. Maybe she can blow the clients, but that's all I'd trust her to do.

Also, in the video it appears she's wearing some necklace with an Arabic word on it. I bet her next video is "why are people so mean to Arabs." Just watch.

Aloha!

LinkedIN is full of this shit on both sides. You get the business betas trying to hit on women in the comments, women attention whoring, and a massive amount of motivational speaker bullshit with everyone commenting on it while desperately trying to appear smart in the hope that someone notices them.

Use the site for direct messaging and nothing more. It is great to find connections at targeted firms or industries.

The company blog post after this where the marketing manager tries to get Linkedin to restore the attention seeking comp post is a laugh in itself.

The way this marketing manager begs the support rep is beyond sad but also evidence the company use this walking silicon depository for attention.

Looks like they're all ignoring him and passing him off to other support personnel. Pretty funny how they are avoiding the issue as a 'tits or gtfo' scenario.

Well look at the names of the customer service folks.

There must be a big time difference between where ever the big titty woman lives and linked in headquarters in bangladesh.
