True whip cream is high-fat, and sours really quickly when heated to close to 98.6 degrees. Use a substitute fat-free version if it is going on the body.

I'm a classically trained guitarist.
I'm also a classically trained (and working) chef.

Veloce's suggestion of having organic farmers market fruit just triggered a recent good use of food.
