Instagram is not a substitute, but a supplement to your game.

The only place so far where IG can substitute daygame, nightgame and even conventional online game (Tinder) is South East Asia.

As s supplement it works great everywhere.

That is a great idea to actively contact hotels and request a discount. I am an AirBNB man however. Don't see how to make it work.
I will wait till I get so much followers when it becomes free and go to using hotels.

I wonder what is the follower limit when you start to get passive offers of seriously valuable stuff - hotels, clothing etc. I am guessing somewhere after 20k? It seems to me that this number is constantly growing too.

IG is how I keep in contact with girls I meet in Latin America when I'm back in the States. I can show up on their feed without having to ping them and have a conversation on WhatsApp. They like my pics, I like theirs, etc. I use it as an extension of social circle game.

For my networking/pipelining purposes, I find that it's best not to post too many photos showing a party lifestyle or lots of female companions. It's more empowering to remain ambiguous and keep an outward appearance of wholesomeness, at least on IG. That way girls think, "I met a guy who likes to travel" instead of "I guess that's his girl in Santiago."

Also if I'm trying to maintain a presence in a foreign social circle while I'm at home, I can just comment on a friend's photo every once in a while. It keeps me relevant, which is nice when I return on the next trip.

But first 2 questions:

- How many pictures do you have online before you start following? I have some really good photos, but don't want them to drown. Each picture should get maximum investment. But I imagine that people are not inclined to follow you back if you don't have a couple of pictures. What's the sweet spot here?

- How and when do you decide to unfollow someone who is following you? I intend to keep my "following"-score low for obvious reasons.

True but this girl doesn't even get her rig out in photos like those Instagram "models". Her pics (shot on a good camera) are mostly travel shots of various destinations, hotels, cafes, restaurants, etc. About half of which she is in. There is the odd bikini shot but in the end she's a hot girl and even though her boyfriend is a buff dude, guy thirst always beats girl thirst.

Many thanks, Ragnar and Vinny, for the effort you put into this datasheet and thread. I’ve tried only Boostgram (free 3-day trial run) so far. Some thoughts and questions:

Do I really need a specific niche?
My IG serves the function of portraying myself and my life in the best possible way with interesting pictures taken by myself. That means there are photos of me and of beautiful things in my life, travel and activities. I don’t have a “niche”.

That said, I’m not sure which accounts I could redirect followers from to my account, by targeting them in the automation tools. I have tried various kinds of (mostly male) accounts:
• From instagram-famous player Dan Bilzerian I got zero followings or followers. Maybe he has some technical shield against targeting his followers, or he has too many followers for the automation algorithm to process.
• From male fitness models, I often get other male fitness models who seem to be arrogant and just interested in me following them (not useful).
• From PUA accounts I get some crazy people.
• From female fitness models I sometimes get foodporn-addicted females which are not interested in me because I have no foodporn (no relevance for them).

Should I target locally or internationally?
My gut feeling has been that targeting the followers of international celebrities is quite unlikely to yield me any followers, as I am not an international celebrity myself, just an ordinary German guy. These people from around the world do not see any connection to me, especially since I have no specific niche.
That’s why I tried more to target fellow German people and local businesses. But as someone stated before, many Europeans use Instagram a bit like Facebook: They have their accounts set private, which means the automation tools cannot follow them, and they don’t follow unknown strangers regularly.
What would you recommend?

Targeting female vs. male users:
My current objective is to grow my still low number of followers, not to game directly off Instagram. Therefore, I don’t use the “female only” targeting in the automation tools. I even get the feeling it’s a bit useless to follow women, as they tend to be arrogant, expect you’re a chode and do not follow you back.

Choose your niche and channels to steal followers using following criteria:
1. You want followers. They will like you back easily - you will get more followers per day. (think who likes you)
2. You want value. Lets say you want to bang the kind of girls you want to follow you back. (think who you like) Or you want specific type of followers which will allow you to your IG for freebies once you grow.

Sometimes it might actually be the same niche. Lets say you like French chicks and they like you back. You steal followers from the channels they follow, they follow you back, your follower count grows fast and you are able to get some of them in your bed later.

I recently changed my niche to Ukrainian, Russian and Belorussian chicks. Sure my follow back ratio dropped quite a bit, but I am chatting up girls that like my pictures a lot and will hopefully convert this into bang stream later on.

Choose what you want.

Almost 24h since deployment of the FollowerLiker automatisation.

550 follows and 110 follow back, which is 20% conversion rate. For a little bit less than one day its pretty good. I have really good niches and excellent pictures - but only two at the moment. I imagine my conversion rate will go up with more pictures, more followers and a better follower/following ratio.

I got 18 likes 0 comments on my first picture and 23 on my second with 2 comments - one really lovely by the brand I was wearing and I tagged (brand has 30k followers).

My settings are 500-600 follows a day, 600-700 unfollows, 600-700 likes (I intend to increase these values with time). Initially I will unfollow after 1 day, then after 2, ultimately at 3. Maybe I'm going to play around with longer unfollow intervals. However I find this tactic gimmicky. It obviously works, yes, but im thinking about focussing on likes and commenting. Reason is simply because in the long run it might be transparent what you are doing and you will get less solid engagement. Also I'd prefer to only see what I want to see in my feed, which means choicest following. And people are more happy if you personally engage them. Most of my followers follow me because I followed them first, however.

I dont intend to seperate private account and "game" account - I have only one account for my friends, for marketing my personal brand/business and for pipelining/passive DHV.

So far I follow 4 good niches (users, whose followers would love me too) and 2 locations. Im not really satisfied with the like automatisation, as it isnt really possible to like your followers. Only specific users, hashtags or locations. I decided to keep the queries pretty generic, maybe go for some niches... I dont really know at this point. Maybe Im overlooking something, but engaging with your followers would be amazing.
Auto commenting is a bit too gimmicky in my opinion. I'd prefer it to do it manually and strategically at this point.

I start getting "hey" DMs from girls. And one guy. I will tweak my pages I copy followers from to neutralize gay exposure. Probably will stop automatisation of follows and likes if I get to a certain point to avoid this shit.

Also im pretty sure one of you guys just followed me - digital nomad, cool pictures, SEA and ukraine, +10k followers while having +1k followings which looks like automatisation. Thats hilarious.
