So I was browsing houses on the web. Often photos make ahouse look better than it is. Here's one that's honest. See photos number 62 and 63. Used hypodermic syringes on the lawn! All this for $230K near Orlando

Would a teardown cost more if there's an old meth lab inside? Bring the drone RV if you want to actually inspect it.

In huntington beach there's "Heil" Avenue as well. It's also a city known for it's skinhead gangs.

Unfortunately, an honest realtor is just a shitty salesman.

I believe he should have gotten rid of all the photos and added photos of scenic things to do in the area, and slipped the phrase "deferred maintenance" somewhere unobtrusive inside a wall of ambiguous text that mentions the acreage and the pool.

This is the listing of someone who wants to get fired.

I think there are laws or regulations in place that they have to follow or get their license revoked, plus fines.

Estate agents are on the same level as used car salesmen.

They would take a pig and claim it looks spectacular with scenic views and a cosy feel if you put a dress on it.

Why wouldnt they just pick the needles up, of have a yard service clean it up?

They just took a picture and shared it with the world. I would fire that agent.
