Take it fwiw, concerning the woman in the video: she is not sympathising with the shooter but argues that the guy on the balcony had only further agitated the shooter which she believes is not the right thing to do in such a situation.

Pretty much. Or in her case "please don't annoy him tonight kids, you know it makes him angry" and then he goes and smacks her across the face. Beaten wife syndrome.
