I can't compute how Montreal is so bad. Even for how bad Toronto is I can't complain at that level.

First of all, Toronto is such a pretentious city and you absolutely must have many things working in your favor. Funny thing is: Most of these attention seek whores are looking to get the attention and they often dress up like true sluts (Girl's in Montreal dress up alike). These girls are likely going to reject you even though you are spot on, good approach, top shape, etc..

If you manage NOT to be rejected by a girl, you have to work to hold on to whatever made you get that spark of attention from her (It does feel like you are working when you are meeting someone.. thing's are never natural in here).
