I'm deciding between Utrecht or Prague. I'm looking for a city that's: Affordable, weed friendly, good English speakers,and most importantly hot girls

In Prague all you have to do is ask the American Pub Crawl host that are in the old time square next to the big clock to get Grade A weed. Don't ever buy weed from the Africans in the square or around the city it's dirt.

And all drugs are decriminalized to a certain amount and I have on numerous occasions smoked weed in the clubs.

Is there a reason why you are limiting yourself to those two cities?

I've never been to Utrecht but when I was in Prague a couple of years ago it was full of stag parties and weekend tourists (guys), the ratios were awful.

I have been to Utrecht.

There's tons of hot women in Utrecht. But the best Dutch girls are in Amsterdam or the small Dutch cities. Utrecht is expensive too.

If you're there for work, income taxes are a lot lower in Czech Republic.

Hot Girls in Utrecht?
Most seemed like overweight to me with plain faces.

Prague has much better girls, but as someone else mentioned here, is full of horny english and americans hunting for local girls and such.

I would recommend Prague anyway.

It's not the best Dutch city.

I would wonder why not go to Amsterdam? Prague is the top city in the area. Instead of Prague why not go to a smaller Czech city and have more foreign value?

This forum has an inclination towards that everything eastern is better than western, which is of course not true (not always).

Quality in Prague is not so good, in Utrecht girls are much hotter.

However, Prague girls might be more into foreigners/easier.

Furthermore, the international scene in Prague must be much better.

I'm Dutch and I have to share that Utrecht is a shitty destination for picking up girls. Go for Prague, trust me.
