I've searched and searched and was unable to come up with a good thread related to how to have good sex that leaves your girl wanting more and you feeling like a chest-thumping beast.

I read AB talk before about making her squirt, fucking her properly, blowing her mind and body. For 3, this will be Eastern techniques like Tantric Sex and Sexual Meditation, but there are practical Western applications too. Look for how to Delay Orgasm. My most common technique even today is the simple, "pull out and squeeze the penis head while changing positions or using my fingers on her pussy". Learn not to chase the orgasm - most guys learn to masturbate quickly out of fear of getting caught. You can practice Edging Techniques - bringing yourself close during masturbation, then backing off, again and again. Obviously, there's more motivation to do this with a woman.

For 4, read Female Erotica and research into Female Sexual Fantasy. A large part of sex for women is the Emotional framework, so you have to know what excites and arouses women. I used to read Anais Nin, but Female Erotica is a huge genre now, so it shouldn't be hard to find. For the more Clinical Based version, there's a famous work called 'My Secret Garden' by Nancy Friday. It comes from a more sexually-liberated time but I think the instinctual drives are still rock-solid.

The current hardship with sex is getting women out of an increasingly-negative shame mindset about. Once you give them permission to be sexual, emotional creatures the experience becomes more positive for them and, given the current Rape Hysteria, you don't want them feeling negative after the fact.

That's some ideas, but I'd still suggest you ask in the Game section. I'd be curious to see what other guys suggest, particularly with more modern ideas.

Be passionate and aggressive/animalistic. Things that will make the sex memorable. She wants to feel your power, but she also wants to feel loved.

Make eye contact, hold their head/face passionately, kiss, talk sexy/dirty. Fairly good suggestions, although I suggest not googling "sexual techniques and positions" if you're doing noporn-no-fap.

My own favorite tip is to take your thumb and rub the clit like you're trying to roll a pencil erasor under your thumb. Doesn't work for all girls but for ones that love deep pressure it will get them off like you wouldn't believe.


Overall the best resource is Player Supreme's ebook on the topic. It's a bit basic but its a quick read and the techniques are extremely effective.

That's why I think 'My Secret Garden' is such a foundational work for guys to destroy the 'Pretty Little Princess' fantasy of Female Sexuality favoured by Betas and Gammas. Practice makes perfect my friend. Women can just tell when you have boned lots of tail. It is like telepathic pre-selection. Fuck more chicks more often and you will get it. Grappling changed the way I have sex.

A couple of years ago when I had just started I'd practice holds and submissions on girls and found they loved being crammed, mushed, feeling your bodyweight really weigh down and pressure them into constricted positions.
