One of my favorite things to do is ask a girl (dating or otherwise), especially if you can throw it in completely out of the blue:

"You know what I like about you?"

Her: What?

"Oh, I don't know, I was trying to figure out if there's anything [I like about you]"

Usually gets a good punch in the arm and "you're such an asshole" from the girl.
