I know P4P is off limits in this forum, but I agree with this. I wouldn't even go the route of a cheap hooker. I'd get him something higher class with more guarantees of her being clean. Hotel room. Full night. Offer a considerable tip for breaking him in correctly.

I did struggle in my youth as well but I did keep some pride and now I'm even more proud of it. I think it affects your brain and your habits quite a lot when you had struggles to get girls when you are in a certain age. For me it always feels like I did miss something. It don't matter if someone manage to get one girl regular early or more, when you are the one that has none of it something inside you get messed up. Better to just lose it and get that virgin anxiety behind you. Each of us do need to account for our ability to get turned on, and fatness can be a bit of a turn off. Nonetheless, we do need to consider the whole package because sometimes the chick may still have a nice face, even if fat, or decent overall way of holding the fat, and in that regard, sometimes a chick who is 20 years old and 30 pounds over weight may look better than a 35 year old chick who is not over weight.

Also, if the chick is kind of fun and flirty, then that can also help to cause arousal, versus if she has a lot of baggage or if she has serious psychological issues. Agree. His first time had to be disgusting that's for sure, but to be honest you can have a terrible first time with a pretty girl as well. What you described (not getting it up the first time) happened to me - and I remember I felt like crap the next morning - but fortunately she wanted to continue dating me despite my lack of performance in the sack.
