Hey all , much appreciate all the point of views on this . The reason I hung around for all that long on the date was that it was the day when Germany was playing Italy at the Euros and I was half keeping an eye on the game at the pub . Also I am a all or nothing kind of guy which means when drinking I prefer to push it all the way to see if something can happen . I don't go out on dates so often so when I do I try to go all the way . I didn't mind spending the money , it's the feeling of getting duped that got to me .

Of course I would happily pay irrespective of the outcome on a night out with an East European girl or similar . However paying for a girl from a conservative tradition with less money and me being the foreigner with stronger currency is completely different from meeting a science researcher western girl in Switzerland ( one of the most expensive countries in Europe , 9 euros pints) .

I respect everything some of the more senior members had to say . However for me personally I ALWAYS talk about sex within the first 15 minutes with western girls , whether I meet them in a club or dates . My conversion ratio from both places is ridiculously high . I am a dark guy and play up the naughty banter side while being always smily and polite . I also switch conversations from sex to spirituality to puppies and icecream and world politics in seconds , not giving them time to settle and think . So it's never just about sex but when we are talking sex .. we are talking naughty dirty fantasies . A lot of girls told me (after we'd banged) they had to go to the toilet because of how wet their pussy got when I was making eye contact and naughty flirting with naughty conversing . Again I am not disregarding the opinions of anyone else , just stating what has worked for me and why I am sticking with it . Also most of these girls told me that no man has ever talked to them like that and the fact that I am so direct yet humorous yet respectful makes for a completely different experience than anyone else .

For example I would ask them "Who is your favourite pornstar?" . While they blush I would explain with a straight face why I think pornstars are now getting mainstream and within the next 5 years people would talk about their favourite pornstars as they do with regular movie stars . I would also say how I'd rather have a girlfriend who is shooting porn than a girlfriend who is badmouthing me behind my back. This line of talking makes them feel safe that they are not being judged no matter what their darkest secret is and brings the kinky out of them . Also establishes me as an openminded guy rather than a pervert hung up on sex .

Regrading expectations on dates I always believed in this : If a girl agrees to go on a date with you , she would fuck you unless you do or say something to put her off . The only exception to that rule is if she cunningly uses you for company because she is in a new country or she got dumped and needs self esteem boosting or similar . Those are the types that gets me peeved . I suspect the lady I encountered was one of such nature .

Happened to me the other night. Plenty of talking, touching, some kissing throughout. When the tab came and I asked the waiter to split it the change in her attitude was amazing. She looked like someone killed her whole family.

If you're going to invest in an entire "date" buying drinks, don't raise the investment risk by telling her to get one round. You aren't being sneaky when you go to the bathroom and tell her to get the drinks, you're being transparent and bitches are petty like that; especially if they think they are being gamed (into getting drinks or anything else). The fastest way to lose a girl is to make her think that you are in competition (to pay for drinks, get her into bed, etc). Also, if you are already buying drinks and escalating, its counterproductive to ask her to pay unless you really can't afford it. Don't do things just because a PUA article challenged your manhood on the issue.

Your direct game seems good. However, take it to the next level by offering sex earlier, sooner, in a cheeky way. That way, all of the cards are on the table.

We win some and lose some, though, and it seems like your game is coming along well enough. The next girl would have probably gone home with you. You just need to work out some kinks, like we all need to occasionally do.

The only last remark I'll make is it seems like you had too many drinks in general, which indicates too much superfluous talking around the game that was good.

My thoughts are that you're giving off a needy vibe.
Adding on Facebook is too much familiarity too soon, staying at one venue for that long tells me you're investing when you both barely know each other.

Try to add some more mystery about yourself and don't be afraid to make her a bit self-conscious in the process; it'll put her on the back foot. As well as that, venue changes add familiarity and a leader vibe if done right.


Don't give up! Think of the money you spent as school fees, not a wasted investment.

Look, its not the end of the world, or no big thing.

You had a great night out with an interesting chick, you bought the drinks, but who cares? Not huge money and small price for a good night out.

Nothing to get bummed over.

^ I'm seeing all this and generally I had the same thought as you, buy a couple, don't go overboard, and chalk it up to a decent night.

I do admit, though, when I don't really like the girl there or as meet up again potentially, I detest that I had popped $8+ bucks for them even a couple of times, and of course I can afford it.

I love seeing their reaction when I do this. It's a solid way to filter out the chicks who are into you because of you or because of what you offer them. When I see their attitudes shift I tease them by saying, "You said you had a job right?"

These things happen all the time. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Ya you could have just spent that money on something else but you chose to fall for this chick's bait. Remember they are probably playing you too so if you feel not much attraction then just leave.
