I'd also add that, thankfully, at least for now:

1) There are still some places in the world where having resources does help to attract feminine women (still need some form of Game though), and

2) There are some real men in communities like this that can at least partially guide you to said places.

In no way am I suggesting that a baller job alone is enough to get the girl. I've written about passive vs. active game before.

But this thread is about suicide and I am trying to explain it. The fact is unless you've got a great job the odds of having a family today are extremely slim. Most of the guys in the top 20% of jobs are blue-pill, and terrible with women, so the women they usually end up with are women at the tail end of their fertility in the thirties and they manage to pop out a kid or two.

But contrast that with the guys in the 80% of lower jobs, and either they become players who can get laid regularly or they get nothing - in either case neither have families going into old age, which explains a higher suicide rate.

To your second question about gold-diggers, the answer is unequivocally no. The polar opposite is true. With astounding consistency, the type of girl I attract is the one who makes as much or more than I do, who the last thing she needs is more money, but simply can't feel attracted to a guy unless he's intelligent and has his shit together. Girls who would actually benefit from a provider don't touch me with a ten foot pole.

Seriously, my experience has led me to believe that the concept of a gold-digger is outdated and hardly exists nowadays. Modern girls expect to feel "connection" and attraction to a guy. This can't be emphasized enough. Provider game is a loser, at least if you're in your 20's.
