I once thought I had seen such a woman. I was with my co-worker once, an arab man. They are generally polite people. When he saw her, the first words from his mouth was "That's disgusting." She has a hair like a bird's nest, fat enough to make cows look skinny, eye shadow that looks like it was applied for a 3 year old kid who never learned to "color in between the lines", and a grumpy and scary face. But it seems she actually had a lover of some sort. I saw a few times her walking around town with a guy, displaying public affection, doing the sort of things couples do. So apparently I didn't see the bottom the barrel.
