It doesn't mean "what do you miss about me". It means "oh, you're already missing me". It has a sarcastic tone. Kind of a shitttest.

Good response here is "chyba ty" which means something like "yeah right probably you" or "yeah right, you, I guess". It's not even funny in itself but for some reason it has become this funny polish response for lots of things. It's one of this stupid phrases like "that's what she said" in English. You use "chyba ty" when someone questions you [are you this? why are that?] or accuses you of something [you're this, you're that] just like she did it stating sarcastically that you must be missing her. Then you can respond with that "chyba ty".

Examples...

- you're not that handsome / you're player / you try too hard / you have no chance / you need to work out more / you're just trying to pick me up / you're not getting anywhere / you have to try harder / you're lying
- chyba ty

- why are you so mean? / are you a player? / why are you so complicated?
- chyba ty

Stuff like that.

You told her "come over and I'll show you". She responded with "ciekawie co takiego" which doesn't mean "so interesting..". It means "yeah right I wonder what". It's same sarcastic tone.

She's trying to be smartass by responding with silly stuff to see how you will deal with that. She's not honest, she's not really asking you if you're missing her or what you will show her. She's messing with you in calculated way using sarcastic tone for her own fun. You have to put her in her place, figuratively, with good short comebacks or text back few hours later with something different that has nothing to do with what she texts.

So with that "ciekawie co takiego" you can either play along ["surprise" / "you're not ready" / "I'll tell you tomorrow maybe" / "you'll like it"] or ignore it and change the topic later ["something reminded me of you today" / your horoscope.. interesting.. good luck anyway"] or not respond at all.

Stop using smileys. If your text/content doesn't sound funny without smileys, it's just not funny enough.

Two reasons...As General Stalin said, if you're only seeing one girl, she's not a plate. Also, banged her twice (or on two different occasions)...not a plate. And you aren't seeing her.
