I have lived in Lima on and off 2 or 3 years. The foreign guys there running game are almost exclusively white guys, mostly from Israel and America. I'm glad the Aussies haven't invaded in force yet.
I met a bunch of American black guys on several occasions. They all happened to play basketball for some local team, and would always go out in groups and party. Despite being athletes they were kind of lame and didn't speak Spanish at all. Maybe their experience with racism there made them a little more tentative, but from all indications'I expected them to be killing it. I only saw a couple of them even dance with or talk to any chicks in a club. They told me about experiencing a lot of racism with girls (whores charging more to service their BBCs I think) and trying to rent apartments.
Despite this seemingly negative commentary, I think black dudes could do well, especially if they make it known that they are American. One friend of mine in Lima argues that discrimination is based less on race and more on class. I wouldn't let it deter you from checking Lima out.

Until now I just thought Peru = easy. Then I was like 'Wait a minute' Peru is in fact easy for white guys otherwise it might be normal.
I haven't seen any report by a non-white guy about Peru and I discover that they are racist too.
I'll write up a report on Arequipa since I'll be there for 6 months or 1 year, before switching to Colombia.
I went to Lima, Peru with my roomie who is a blonde haired, blue eyed white guy back in late 2012. I'm am South East Asian American and am pretty tan. I am taller than him though.
Based on my experience, I would say the white god factor does exist. My roomie banged a cute looking Peruvian (I believe she was a mestizo) pretty easily. When we walked around the streets of Lima, I saw Peruvian girls (mostly mestizo looking ones) doing double takes looking at him.
With that being said, I found that other cute Peruvian girls definitely gave me a chance and were receptive to me when I approached them. The sad thing is that my game back then was complete shit and nothing came out of it. However, with what I know now, I am really confident that I can close it out. One thing to note was that when we went out, we did not look like typical backpackers. We dressed to impress with a proper clean shirt, slack, and shoes.
My buddy's girl told him that in Peru, blacks are stigmatized because they are seen as violent and troublesome. Apparently Asian people (There is a Chinatown in Peru) do not get a good rap either as they are seen taking jobs away from other Peruvians (...or something like that lolz).
My experience led me to believe that yes, white god factor exist in Peru, but if you dress well, spit decent game, and exude a good/cool vibe when going out, there really isn't any reason why you should not be able to do well in Peru even if you are on the darker side. Hope this helps.

South America is much bigger than just Peru. Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia are the most anti-black/brown countries in Latin America. Ironically they are also the most indigenous and contain some of the ugliest women on average in Latin America so its not the biggest loss.
Darker guys can pull in these countries and being from a western nation helps slightly but it is a serious uphill battle and not worth the effort when there are much more fertile hunting grounds.
Also, WGF exists here but it is over stated. A decent looking young white guy who spends time in the gym will get approached in Lima but a sloppy beta mid 40s white guy isnt going to pull twenty year old Peruvian 8s just by showing up unless he is strictly pay for play.

I can imagine all the brown/black guys reading the Lima is Rocking or banging mediocre chicks in PERU threads, arriving there and get there ass handed to them.
So basically those 3 countries are only easy if white.

I spent high school around a sizeable Peruvian population and I was never impressed with them. Short and penguin-like. I guess they were "cute" but their girls never inspired a desire to visit their country.
That said, they struck me as nice people. Sad to hear they're so racist down there.
I'd much rather tap Venezuelans, Columbians and Uruguayans. Even the run-off of Colombia, Venezuela and Uruguay is hot.

One of my Brazilian buddies was a Latam Studies Major who has visited many relevant places in that region. He said Peru is one of the most segregated countries in Latam where there is very very very minimal mixing between races. With that being said, many Peruvian chicks do indeed aspire to "whiten" their future offspring off by finding just about any light-skinned westerner with decent looks.
Then again, I don't really get the big deal because the chicks are not that good looking & carry TONS of baggage anyways.

All I am saying is that he should not let himself be intimidated or limited by empty concepts like "WGF".
I am sure people who are trying to address his concerns mean well. instead of he listening to statements like: "I have who knows a friend" or "I knew a friends in third grade". He should man up and go check things for himself. We all know in South America, it is all about economics, social network, how you present yourself and how well you know the language/culture.

As a fluent Spanish speaker (I learned it). Comparing the"Before" and "After", it increases your odds greatly. Understanding the culture also helps.

Generally, no one should really give a shit about white god factor and other things. Outside of a handful of countries you need to bring more to the table than white skin to get laid.

Bad quoting here, my bad. I wasn't responding to the language part. Unless you are Linux, Spanish or Portuguese are very important(you can see my datasheet on Porto Alegre where my game crashed since I was back to 'I don't know what to say') , I spoke to maybe 7 girls in english in SA in 9 months.
For the experience, if your main strength is verbal game your can go to a country where you don't speak much the language to improve other parts of your game.
