Can your briefly explain the terms in the graph?

I think this is showing that the value of the pound has gone up relative to the US $. How does this bear on the odds for Brexit?

I tried googling the S&P FUTS, but any website using this acronym assumes I already know what it is. What is your interpretation of the increase in the FUTS?

Does this relate to the betting markets for odds of future events like Brexit?

The general narrative is that no borders favours currency speculators so a high £ v the world reserve currency US$ means that the EU is ahead in the Brexit polls and vice versa.

Up until the assassination, the pound was falling in value because poll after poll was predicting Brexit and thus the likely secession of other European nations.

Quote:European stocks rebound as Brexit campaign on hold

European and Asian stock markets rebounded Friday, with traders signalling that the tragic murder of a pro-Europe lawmaker in Britain could swing the upcoming referendum vote to remain in the EU.

The pound was also firmer after campaigning was suspended following the murder Thursday of Labour MP Jo Cox, one week before the June 23 referendum on Britain's membership of the European Union.

"The suspension of campaigning for the UK EU referendum after the tragic death of Labour MP Jo Cox boosted risk appetite," said Nick Stamenkovic, an analyst at broker RIA Capital Markets.

Quote:- Diminished Brexit fears -

Britain's bitter voting campaign was on hold Friday for a second day as the nation reeled from the death of Cox, a 41-year-old former aid worker.

The advance of European stock markets "can be attributed to diminished fears of a UK exit from the European Union", said Mike van Dulken, head of research at Accendo Markets.

"The assumption is that the tragic event will sway the undecided to vote 'Remain' and possibly even reverse some of the 'Leave' momentum seen in recent polls."

This is no tin foil conspiracy anymore, someone called the hit on her and enabled someone to do so.

This wasn't random at all, no way, especially so close to an important vote.

RE: British MP [Member of Parliament] dead after shooting attack
New "this is too convenient" developments. One paragraph is from CNN (America), the other is the Telegraph (British). And of course CNN quotes the SPLC:

Quote:The U.S.-based Southern Poverty Law Center has published what it says are documents showing Mair has a history of purchasing material from the National Alliance white supremacist organization based in the United States.

The center released copies of receipts and a 2013 subscription to the National Alliance's publication National Vanguard as well as receipts from 1999 showing purchases for the neo-Nazi book "Ich Kampfe," the "Improvised Munitions Handbook" and other books.

Mair also subscribed to a pro-apartheid group's magazine in the 1980s, the magazine's editor told CNN.

"A Mr. Thomas A. Mair from Batley in Yorkshire subscribed to our magazine S.A. Patriot when we were still published in South Africa itself," A.D. Harvey said, adding the publication had "no further contact with him" after brief correspondence in the mid-1980s.

Quote:Counter terrorist detectives are also said to be probing his links to Right-wing extremism after a hoard of neo-Nazi memorabilia and literature was apparently found at his home.

It emerged yesterday that Mair bought a manual on how to build a home-made gun from a far-Right group in the US.

Oh, he also had well-documented mental health issues dating back years, and apparently was in a "mental health crisis" the day before the shooting. But let's just gloss over that part - he's an evil Brexiter!

Its funny how much information they have of a completely random man who not 48 hours ago was a complete fucking mystery to everyone, including intelligence services. BUT OH LOOK! We have new information stating who this man was, his hisory and personal life.

Amazing.

Either they have a Big Brother database of gargantuan proportions or it is total horse shit and the information was given to them by a source who knew.

Regardless of whether they use this as a last ditch propaganda effort to cover rigging the polls, or whether the votes actually do turn (or both for added effect) the important thing is that Brexiters are now aware that they are not some marginal fringe group.

That in itself is an important victory. Brexiters can start with the "I told you so" stuff when the EU keeps plying the thumb screws on lady liberty which will either push more people into their camp or create a divide from across which some less democratic avenues can be explored.

The reality is that the middle-class and the military will be the ones voting for the Brexit. The welfare bums, the elites/academia and lazy government workers will be on the remain side, so if it ever came to some sort of civil war then you wouldn't need two guesses to determine the victor.

How does the death of a person, no matter the circumstances, change any of the arguments for leaving or staying? This event, as tragic as it is, should have zero weight on anyone's decision, but yeah, people are not logical but emotional.

I woke up to this bullshit which elicited a Carl the Cuck-ish, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING response from me:

https://www.yahoo.com/news/man-charged-m...04484.html

Quote:The man accused of murdering British lawmaker Jo Cox gave his name as “Death to traitors, freedom for Britain” in court Saturday, following the killing that has brought campaigning ahead of the country’s EU referendum to a standstill.

Thomas Mair, 52, made his defiant statement as he made his first appearance in Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London after being charged overnight with the murder of the popular Labour Party lawmaker.

Mair refused to give his correct name and did not answer when asked for his address and date of birth.

Fuck this.

Fuck this.

I'm beginning to think that it's vital for the New Right (Farage, Trump, us, etc) to denounce these kind of individuals, and make it publicly clear that we do not condone them. I see Farage is laying a wreath for his colleague Ms Cox.

What do you all think of this, is it playing into their narrative, or is it the right thing to do?

I don't wish death on the SJWs and globalists, least of all the small-time foot soldiers like Jo Cox. I just want their political views to be marginalised.

Whether they do or not is irrelevant, because progressives will lay murders like these at their feet and demand that right-wing leaders like Farage or Trump or Le Pen accept moral culpability irregardless of whether or not they denounce such actions.

Personally, my reserve of sympathy for SJWs, feminists, globalists and their assorted puppets and enablers is rapidly diminishing.

Better that the Leave campaign should the denounce the hysteria and mendaciousness of the Remain campaign for saying that the honest and reasoned opinion of millions of patriotic British citizens renders them morally culpable for the actions of a clearly mentally deranged individual.

Thankfully, as shown above, that may not even be necessary. Leave is apparently continuing to grow in strength even after the murder of Jo Cox MP. I remain hopeful that the people of Britain are able to wake up and recognize self-interested establishment fearmongering when they see it.

Nobody needed to die, it is just such a waste

And these boomer political views that gen-Xers like Jo Cox and other SJWs are trying to keep alive are on the decline. On the same day of her death 100 Muslims were on trial for the sexual enslavement and drugging of a 13-year old English orphan who was transported across England. Only 15 were sent to jail.

For a start, her parliamentary career on a safe constituency seat began when she was selected as the Labour candidate from an all female shortlist.

I never heard of her before the shooting but here is an interesting article about her. She was a jet-setter on the international NGO and corporate charity scene.

It is not illegal to own a firearm in the UK but the firearm you can own is heavily restricted to a shotgun, small pistol and a couple of other slow firing limited capacity guns.

Hunting is still a popular sport amongst the upper classes an they use guns. People with large plots of land own guns such as farmers and landed gentry. They're all legal.

You have to apply for a gun license to your local police for a one off non refundable fee and they asses your background and various other checks. I'm not 100% sure but I think the license is around £100 and is valid for 2 years where you must reapply.

The town I live in even has a gun shop and it is not that uncommon to have a gun store in your local town. Theres even nearby shooting clubs and ranges.

The guns you can buy though do look like they can't do much damage. Perhaps if you are a Zulu warrior they might hurt but wearing clothes perhaps not.

A shotgun at close range can do plenty of damage.

A shotgun slug (solid) has more power out to say 100 yards than many centrefire calibres. If you wanted to get through bulletproof glass at close range, that would be the tool of choice. Slugs are S1 over here (firearms licence) for this reason.

RE: British MP [Member of Parliament] dead after shooting attack
She was one of Soros' jet-setters and connected to the White Helmets military-charity NGO in Syria.

Quote:THE TRUTH ABOUT THE LATE JO COX MP AND HER HUSBAND, BRENDAN

We’re being told what a truly, extraordinarily wonderful person Jo Cox was, because her life was devoted to helping refugees. I’m sure she was a very sweet person – her face shows that. But how wise and truly aware was she? Today, with her body barely cold, her husband Brendan Cox is tweeting out a Go Fund Me link to his wife’s ‘favourite causes’ and one of those is the White Helmets.

The White Helmets is not a charity, and neither are they ‘the good guys’ despite their white helmets. The White Helmets is the military propaganda arm of the Allies attempt at regime change by destabilising Syria – and this is exactly what is causing the refugee component of Europe’s migrant crisis in the first place.

The White Helmets also does not need our hard-earned cash. It is well-funded by George Soros’s organisations, the UK, the US and the Syrian Opposition Party in its work, which is mainly with the rebel group Jabat al-Nusra, the infamous al-Qaeda affiliate.

The White Helmets are represented PR-wise by Purpose whose co-founder Jeremy Heimans also helped to create Avaaz. Avaaz is a global “pro-democracy” group which has been accused of furthering the US/EU agenda in the Middle East and elsewhere. It is also Avaaz that it encouraging, on social media, a sort of hands-around-the-world show of sympathy for Jo Cox today.

The humble little .22lr will kill even large animals at close range with proper shot placement. A shot to the heart at point blank, even with a home made zip gun sans-rifling will still reliably kill a human. I've field dressed enough animals to see what kind of damage even a tiny round like this can do if you put in the right place.

edit: Other that wildly bizarre examples, it takes a LOT of clothing to stop ANY supersonic round, no matter how small.
