Hey everyone,

I thought I would post an update on my experience in Poland and my relative successes in locations I had experimented since my first post. I was tempted to post this in the ‘Poland thread’ given the pertinence to the cultural discussions there but alas.

So as of the end of 2017 (I call now the end of the year for me as I am about to work on the rigs without a break probably into 2018) I have logged 1350 logged approaches since 2015 when I began approaching regularly (170ish 2015, 975ish 2016, 200ish 2017) . Including all locations my current day game lay count is 8. That is from dating a total of 56 different girls.

So here are the results (may have messed up the numbers a little bit just to warn you, skimmed over my ultra-detailed spreadsheet).

Cities where I got laid:

(Poland: Warsaw: 3 - 1 from 2015, 1 from 2016, 1 from 2017) 500 total approaches: 125 in 2015, 315 in 2016, 60 in 2017. 20 girls dated in total. One from 2015 I banged this year

(Ukraine: Kiev: 3 - 3 from 2016, 0 from 2017) 289 total approaches: 151 in 2016; 138 in 2017. 20 girls dated in total.

(Brazil: POA/Curitiba: 2 - 2 from 2016, 1 was a SDL) 63 total approaches in 2016. 2 girls dated in total (100% success!!!)

Cities where I did not get laid:

(Poland: Krakow: 214 total approaches: 32 in 2015, 182 in 2016) 9 girls dated in total.

(Poland: Tricity: 15 total approaches, all in 2015) 0 girls dated in total.

(Poland: Poznan: 29 total approaches, all in 2016). 1 girl dated in total.

(Belarus: Minsk: 28 total approaches, all in 2016). 2 girls dated in total.

(Czech Republic: Prague: 78 total approaches, all in 2016). 0 girls dated in total.

(Hungary: Budapest: 84 approaches, all in 2016) 0 girls dated in total.

(United Kingdom: Edinburgh: 46 approaches, all in 2016) 0 girls dated in total.

Also tried to approach in Mexico City but it was incredibly hard to find any girls to approach except in giant, far away malls. I was addicted to tinder at that point so my motivation levels were tiny.

Important to note that all approaches in 2015 were indirect Roosh V style. All approaches 2016+ were Tom Torero/Krauser London-daygame Model direct style.

So the conclusions I can draw from my statistics is that South-eastern Brazil is absolutely a better environment to day-game in for a guy like me. Both girls I dated I banged, 1 of which was my only SDL to date. Neither girl spoke English at all so investing 2 months doing Pimsleur Portuguese payed major dividends! I visited Sao Paolo, Florianopolis and Rio very briefly but didn’t approach - I was’t a fan of the 2 biggest cities at all to be honest.

Budapest and Prague were tough as FUCK for me. I spent over 2 weeks in both cities to test them out and although I got around 25% approach to number ratio I didn’t get even 1 date in either city. The cities themselves were STUNNING. I found the girls in Prague were very wary of me and brusque. In Budapest I received the harshest, most brutal rejections I can remember receiving.

I did a few short ‘reconnaissance’ trips, mostly enjoying the cities and culture more than approaching. Minsk I could tell was incredibly tough as was Edinburgh. i didn’t really dig Poznan or the Tricity much either. The WORST was Krakow where I actually racked up over 200 approaches (contributing to the 600+ approach to lay ratio I mentioned in 1st post), dated 9 girls but not ONE bang.

The best city in Europe for me appears to be Kiev where I dated a LOT of girls due to much lower flake rates than in Warsaw. Banging 3 girls out of 150 (though 2 of them ended up being this year) definitely felt like a success. 2 of the girls spoke ZERO English - I had to rely on my Pimsleur Unit 3 level Russian. Strangely, this year in 2017 i didn’t manage to bang even 1 girl out of nearly 140. I don’t know what the fuck happened. My strongest prospect this year was a 8.5 virgin 19 year old (made a thread about this) who ultimately flaked on me after 5+ dates so it was mine to lose and I lost. If I had conquered her Kiev would have been my new base now, not Warsaw.

As for Warsaw, this has been my base city for the 3 years for sure. I shat bricks with all the flaking and blueballing. I noticed the times I came closest to getting laid were with Ukrainian girls who rejected me at the last moment. Actual Polish girls themselves were FAR more likely to flake on me. This year however, I managed to bang (and get severe one-itis for) a 20 year old virgin English teacher in Warsaw (bearing in mind I did only 60 approaches this year) - I put that one down to luck.

Despite my immense struggles in Poland (Warsaw and Krakow) I was lucky enough to have a hot fuck buddy (1st cold approach lay) during 2016 and an even hotter one (from tinder of all places which has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY worse for me during 2017 no matter where I went bar Mexico) this year. She is actually the only girl I am sleeping with now and ultimately represents the absolute peak of what I am capable of attaining in Poland (5'10 solid 7 with a very sweet personality - only vice is she is a hard core careerist workaholic so LTR potential is small)

Now I am putting my efforts towards increasing the quality of my approaches (minimising spam approaching) following a strict ‘approach till I get 1 number, ending on a high note’ every single day. And just as importantly, thinking about a new potential ‘base.’

As i get closer to 2000 approaches (and hopefully 15+ lays) I feel myself desiring something more LTR and have this yearning to really connect with a city and develop some kind of social circle and roots.

Warsaw feels like home to me but I know based on my experiences that there must be better places for me. Kiev is for sure a contender though for some reason I did far worse this year. It has hotter girls, who are more willing to date me but the city is harder to live in than Warsaw (for me anyway). I am studying Russian hard and considering trying 2nd tier Ukrainian cities such as Dnipropetrovsk or Kharkiv.

And then there are other cities I am on the fence about but certainly considering based on what people in this thread have told me as well as word of mouth in general:

Russia: 2nd tier cities such as Novosibirsk, Kazan, Volgograd, Ekaterinasburg and so on. Once my Russian is B1 level at least

Serbia: Belgrade; Croatia: Zagreb; Slovenia: Ljubjana. i never visited the Southern European countries but my instinct is that because of my lack of height I would not be well received there so I would only do short visit trips.

Romania: Bucharest, 2nd tier cities. Not particularly enthusiastic for some reason - the capital at least sounds ugly as fuck.

Moldova: Sounds boring as fuck also. However, these 2 Chisinau girls I met on the plane to Mexico were hot as fuck and friendly besides. I am tempted

Smaller Polish cities e.g. Bialystok, Lublin, Szczecin, Lodz, Katowice, Rzeszow. As my Polish gets stronger and stronger, this is a more and more viable option.

So yeah that is where I am at. I have been working a lot more this year so I had far less time to approach but next year it looks like this won’t be as much a problem. Only question is where to go that will work out better for me than Poland.

To put it simply, in light of the fact I am becoming more amenable to LTRs, I far prefer the idea of doing long (4-6 week+) trips in one city with the potential of returning a month later (aligning with my offshore month on month off work schedule) in the same city if it is good. I prefer this to short visits to new cities where I cannot properly ascertain the personal day game potential for meeting a decent quality girl without an insane approach count.

@incubus. Yeah man, a lot of it is not just girls but not continuously interrupting your lifestyle habits like hitting the gym, following a healthy diet and so on. I mean little trips to other cities are awesome - all I do is view them for what they are - holidays - healthy in moderation

I can say that Warsaw is a pretty awesome city. Lovely parks, great transport, lots to do and see despite the myths to the contrary and obviously the biggest population of a city in the country. Everything works well too - whether that is customer service, the post office and so on. Girls however are not one of its strong points. Finding a cute '7' Polka at least for WannaBang is incredibly tough, especially if you decide not to play the social circle game. But it can be done. Just requires a HUGE amount of work. And the few times I made it happen I felt truly happy, like all the grinding and rejection was worth it.

Having said that, if we think about the things that are most important to a man: Wealth, Health and relationships - the first 2 in this day and age can be totally location independent (if you put the work in or know what you are doing), so why not the 3rd? And to take that a step further, why spend so much time investing in a place where you don't have some kind of edge? Roosh himself told me my look isn't desirable here, on 2 separate occasions in fact. Don't get me wrong, Poland for me is leagues better than any British city I lived in simply because of the more feminine and healthy attitudes. But what if there is a better place whilst still having an abundance of ladies I am attracted to? The truth is I ended up investing so much in trying to learn Polish and having had my first (and only) serious relationship for almost 2 years there before starting this 'game' journey meant my ego was heavily involved in my decision to spend so much time here. But at least I can say for example learning Russian is going to be a lot easier

Nevertheless I think something is really wrong with your daygame approach if your conversion rate is so weak. In Poland an average guy with good DG will get a number in 1 out of 5 approaches minimum. Btw Tom Torrero is fake and doesn't deliver any value for DG

I passed Katowice 4 times this year. You will really have difficulties finding approachable women during the day, although hated in the forum I would suggest to test Wroclaw during Juwenalia or semester starting

Kyiv.

I've traveled a lot around Eastern Europe, and while Belgrade would be a close second, Kyiv, for myself has everything I need.

- Plenty of high-quality women that are responsive both to online + day/night approaches
- Low flake rates (I've found when compared to Poland, and other EE countries)
- Cheap
- You can have a high quality of living for $1,000/month (depending on # of dates)
- I like the weather (hot in the Summer, with cold Winters)

I know a lot of people here like Poland, and while I can appreciate that - I think Ukraine is far superior, and much less Westernized.

Nothing quite like a Ukrainian girl.

@Naughtyboy. I should have clarified, my approach to number ratio was actually better than 1/5. For sure I only got a date with 1/24 girls I approached so I lost a lot of girls to flaking/fake numbers. The real problem was the dating where I fucked up majorly. To put things in perspective, prior to this whole game adventure I was a 25 year old virgin who in an act of desperation traveled to Poland in 2014 to try and change that (and did albeit with a Herculean level of effort).

Why is Tom Torero fake and what is wrong in your opinion with his and Krauser's London Daygame Model? I know TT faked a video (as did GLL and god knows who else) but it can't be denied he has a lot of good advice and content. Having met both in person (by sheer chance and in Warsaw!) and seen what they are capable of I am sure they deserve their reputations.

Regarding Wroclaw, I will admit I never approached there (just visited a few days) and I will also admit I was always a bit nervous about approaching in a city I know is becoming swamped by tourists after my catastrophic mega trip in Krakow.

All very true about Kiev. I guess I am a bit more sensitive and the small things like the general unfriendliness of the people and bad customer service get me down more than it should. And then there was the fact it took 4+ dates to seal the deal with the girls (though the last one was a 1 date lay to be fair^^). In principle I do not mind at all waiting multiple dates to bang a girl I like, but it seems the more dates I go on, the less likely ultimately I am to succeed with her and the frustration when that happens is worse than 50 street blow outs combined haha

I guess what left a really bitter taste in my mouth is how I went from getting 3 bangs out of my trip to Kiev in 2016 (5 including tinder) yet not one this year. It’s awesome that you’ve been doing so much day game, I’ve been stuck in night game mode for most of my 20’s and 30’s and looking to transition mainly to day game now.

I am kind of in the same situation as you, I work in the maritime industry with 4 months and and lots of time off. I am also looking for an awesome robust city that has nice girls, and also relatively inexpensive.

I will throw in my two cents about some of the eastern European cities that I’ve been too including Ukraine also a little bit about Columbia, which I lived there for 6 months over the last year and half and I learned up to A2 Russian as well. I am also of Asian descent for what’s that worth, I don’t know.

I’ve been Budapest, Bucharest, Krakow, Wroclaw, Kiev, and Odessa, Medellin (this past September)

As far as Kiev is concerned. Yes, you can do well there especially with day game because Ukraine is not a big nightlife culture. So doing a lot of day game can yield some good results. Kiev has tons of malls, and central points in the city where you’ll have plenty of targets without it being a problem.

I think you can do well in smaller 2nd tier cities such as Dnipro, Odessa or Kharkiv however you will need time and the Russian language.

Easy lays will not come easy however, there is common theme throughout the forum that Ukrainian girls will make you work for it, whether that’s in time, money, dates etc. Even if you speak Russian, just read Vinny’s posts about Ukraine, considering he can speak Russian fluently. Ukrainian girls just have a conservative mindset when it comes to sex.

There are some caveats to Ukraine, since you have a British passport this means you can only do 90/180 days, meaning you will be restricted in terms of when you can come in and out. This past year they have become really strict on this rule and it will be difficult to build any momentum if you have
to restart every 90 days. Also Ukraine can become a boring place, considering it doesn’t have a lot of western type of options in terms of food, and entertainment etc. especially in the 2nd or 3rd tier cities. Travel is also a pain in the butt in Ukraine, not so much in Kiev, but again in 2nd and 3rd tier cities. The flights are limited and expensive, and trains can take forever.

As for my recent trip to Medellin, Yes I would have to agree with the consensus on this one. My friend got his phone stolen by a girl!, another tourist backpacker I met got his camera stolen, and I almost got my wallet stolen. On top of all that you have to deal with numerous drug shakedowns especially for the gringos. I did not like the feeling of having to watch my phone and wallet everywhere I went. Most of the people are fine, but there is a ton of petty crime, a lot of begging bums and street peddlers, and also trying to avoid the cops was a bit too much for me to handle.

I think you might want consider Budapest as you next option. You won’t have any issues with the Visas which is one big hassle out of the way. The other its large enough to have enough targets, and tons of expats which you can network with, and also enough English speakers and western options that it is robust enough to keep you entertained.

As for me, I am leaning towards Poland or Russia this next year, because of once again the Visa factor. Americans have a great visa status with Russia (no clue why) and Poland. For me the Visa factor is huge because I want to be able to come and go whenever I please. I want to be able to build momentum and value in a place where I feel is the best fit for me.

Americans can get a 3 year visa and stay up to 6 months per visit. That's really convenient vs having to renew yearly and only being able to stay 90 days for everyone else.

Good to hear about your experiences Peter! So you work 4 months continuously then have 8 months off? For me it is more like 6+ months work but looks more like 4 weeks work, 2 weeks free, 6 weeks work, 3 weeks free and so on. It is a small company I work for so there is no ‘rotation’ which most people assume a maritime worker has. As such booking apartments and such is a nightmare because you can never predict when you will be called to work unless you book holidays. The only way around this is to go ‘freelance’ so you are paid day-rate only but of course you have total freedom to work as many or as little days a year as you please. This is my plan. Riskier though, especially in an oil downturn.

Yeah Ukraine is near the top of my list and yeah as you say the 90/180 day rule is restrictive though it doesn’t affect me due to my work schedule. Actually it has meant i haven’t been in any particular country for more than a few months for many years now. And yeah I can confirm just about everything you mentioned about Ukraine first hand.

I am curious about Bucharest seeing as it (as well as Odessa, Medellin and Wroclaw) is a city I did not visit or approach in before. How would it compared in your experience to Budapest and Krakow?

Colombia is on my radar though I won’t be visiting it until I am fluent in Spanish (hopefully not long from now). After spending 6 weeks in Porto Alegre (allegedly now one of Brazil’s most dangerous cities) unscathed (though I did see a dangerous situation or two!) safety doesn’t concern me too much though I was hyper-cautious and had an army officer friend there to keep me right. I had a total blast in Mexico which so far is the only country i have been to where I can consider the dating game ‘easy’ as if I was playing on God mode.

About Budapest. I initially planned a 4 week trip there but cut if off about half way through. The city, like Prague was GORGEOUS! Absolutely phenomenal city that no words can give justice to. However, the worst thing about the city was that the women were incredibly harsh and rude - more so than anywhere I had been before. They treated me like I was some homeless bum and I can actually remember specific interactions which given my 1300+ approach log is pretty shocking. Thank fuck this was not the first city I day gamed in or for sure I’d be too traumatised to continue! I got a 25% number close ratio but every single one of them flaked. If it wasn’t for this I would probably be there now learning Hungarian ^^

I have no idea about Russia and visas etc but I haven’t really looked into it - Russia has always been shelved until my Russian is at least B1 level. And I will focus on the tier 2 cities which are pretty huge anyway from what I can see.

Wow, you learn Russian and Spanish at the same time? Is that not too much? If I have to choose a country in central Europe I would choose Croatia: nice wine, tasty food, mild weather, good beaches (Summer), pretty girls and the prices are not that high.

I study Russian and Spanish at the same time but i don't spent more than 30 minutes a day on either. 1 hour out of your day shouldn't be too much and that is assuming your lifestyle is very busy like mine.

Do you recommend Zagreb Kinnunen?

Prague.

I heard that compared to most Western cities like London, New York, Paris, Berlin that it's actually one of the most affordable big cities in the world. Might check it out.

Prague is awesome I agree! I only did 78 approaches and didn't get any dates (got 20 or so numbers/facebooks however). It wasn't a pleasant experience - girls were less friendly and even got a few teeth-suckers but not as harsh as Budapest. I did fuck the hottest girl I've ever had from tinder however - from Slovakia actually. I am really sad I wasn't able to retain her.
But yeah, I hear many things about Prague such as how you need to check out the non-touristy parts and try and build some kind of social circle to really succeed. Won't be going back most likely. Truly awesome city though. I thought about giving Brno a try.

I found this thread to be the closest to the advice I would like to have from other members , so I will post my question here.

I live in Latin America but I usually travel for work to the US and Western Europe. I will be in England in two weeks and want to stay for a long weekend in a new city. So my question is what city would you choose for fun, meaning best quality of girls and probability to bang (I know is difficult to score high quality in 3 days/nights, specially when playing “solo” but I can also go back later for top notch prospects in another trip)

I am in my early 40s , tall, good shape and looking, (with some grey hair) , Spanish type. Money is not an issue for me to select the place, so I don’t mind the price of hotel/drinks/food, etc
I speak Spanish (ofc) , English, and regarding Russian, I understand alphabet and know some phrases/words but I can not stand a conversation . So maybe language is an issue for me in some cities.

I have in mind (not in this specific order) : Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Kiev, Stockholm and Budapest.....
