Excellent response. Mad doggers are emotionally distraught people. Be even more emotionally distraught to disarm them.
"I can see you are having a bad day, me too. You won't believe why my life sucks: Wife is fat, job sucks, boss is a dick, kids aren't even mine, house burned down, etc." assault them with your hard luck story. These guys are looking to boost self esteem by infringing on someone elses happiness, show that you are are even more miserable than them. They will quickly find a more inviting target once they realize you are more miserable than them.

Exactly. I'd break eye contact JUST to make the guy feel dominant. Ever thought of it that way? Who gives a fuck?
