My solution to your situation is that if you still have your kids, find a gringo friendly country on permanent residency which does not follow extradition treaties as much, such as Brasil.

Speaking about Brasil, a Toronto woman falsely accused a bunch of Brasilian football players of rape in Toronto during Pan-Am, and that cunt from the TPS wanted to send Canadian agents into Brasil to extradite one of the football players over an unfounded rape allegation, which was later dropped because it was causing negative publicity not only in Canada, but overseas of Canada too.

However, if your wife gains custody of the kids, I don't think that you will ever be free when she attempts to sue you for alimony and child support. If that is the case she is doing, it's better off to run away from Toronto at least.

Perjury & contempt of court charges are enforced against female false rape accusers in the USA, in limited cases.

I know England & the United Kingdom is strict & stern with false rape accusers though no matter what.

Nowadays, there are lawsuits against universities in America relating to when a male student gets falsely accused of sexual misconduct on campus. It can be safely said that "freedom" is coming back to America....
