I notice in the background of the 1st cover there seem to be thousands of small headlines and "articles" from (I'm assuming) the mainstream media.

This is an important detail that emphasizes how many hundreds of news outlets worldwide wrote negatively (and stirred up the mobs against us) during the events in Canada last year and the subsequent meetups "outrage" last February.

This definitely gives this cover its very professional touch over the other two.

The first cover in a book shop or an online ad would make me want to pick it up and start reading, even if I had never heard of Roosh! It's great because even just looking at the cover the book is speaking it's message warning of the death of free speech.

The cover art work, the fractured, distressed Roosh being overwhelmed by mass media chatter in the background and being muzzled by the title is quite compelling to say the least!

First one. Caught my eye the second I opened this thread and I strongly believe it will do so too to other potential buyers. Looks dramatic, professionally and evokes universal themes such as the feeling of individuality, spirituality and most importantly - freedom.

The first one, without a doubt.

The cover looks ominous and will pique the interest of someone who happens to glance at it.

Moreover, it's a sly image. The appearance of an ethnic-looking man being torn in half with the title "Free Speech isn't Free" stamped over it will lead progressives and casual readers to wonder what is inside of this book.

I will echo the consensus here (which exists for a reason), the first cover is the best by a mile. It's very nicely done, better than most professional covers you seen in bookstores. Not only should you use it, you should get the contact info of the artist/designer and use him for your future books as well, or at the very least give him first crack at your concept. The guy is very talented and has a great eye for design.

I am with the others here (the one Mercenary just posted) and agree with name on top. It is by far the most professional and intriguing of the options. I don't mean to put down the hard work of those who took the time to submit something for critique, I think the cartoonish nature is better suited for less political topics. Much the same way I think the one I am voting for now would not fit, if the title were "Free Pussy Isn't Free".

Interesting, if you look at the 99 designs page, it's actually quite close. Not sure if it's because it is anonymous or what. Might be some subversion, or just people rating them all really high.
