You could always reach out to Marc Randazza for his take. Not worth ruling out a $$ opportunity. People sue casinos all the time.

RE: Do I have a sexual discrimination case?
This thread reminds me of this video. At least your security guard friend was following a rule handed down to him. Women are free to make up rules on the spot:

"Ovid, in the arms of his lover, had cried out to the midnight horses to gallop slow across the vault of heaven. But Morse was without a lover; and at a quarter to five he got up, made himself a cup of tea."

I'd say it's not an issue to them.
The overwhelming majority of women is either not smart enough, or far too risk-averse to try and cheat a casino, of all places.

Besides that, why bother?
Most of them are not using their own money to gamble at a casino anyway, some guy is paying for it. There's nothing at stake for them, so why ruin all the great and free fun by being obsessed with overcoming a casino's security system? A woman's nature is to take the easy way whenever possible.

Viewing a ridiculously complex and sophisticated system designed to prevent you from succeeding not as an insurmountable obstacle, but as an audacious challenge to your knowledge, skills and ingenuity, and proceeding to try and outsmart this system no matter what, by investing huge amounts of time and resources into your efforts, coming up with the tools, gadgets and technology to help you, all while having the hubris to think that you'll definitely be the one who's finally smart and good enough so as to not get caught, now that's a thoroughly male thing.

I have been absolutely amazed at some of the method developed to try to outwit the casinos over the years. One of the better ones that I can recall:

1: A group in RI made counterfeit casino tokens for all of the major casinos in Atlantic city. The way it worked is that when the went in, they would get some real chips from the window, play for an hour or two, then add to the real ones, several thousand worth of fake ones from their coat pockets. Of course, even if security was watching they would not have noticed anything wrong since the chips were so good. One casino found out only when they took their regular inventory of chips, and discovered to their horror that they had MORE than they started with. Usually, casinos lose chips slowly over time because people take them home with them as a souvenir of the trip to the casino. The casino doesn't care since the chips cost a lot less to make than the face value of the chip. When the casino found out that they had more chips than they started with, it meant someone was cashing in fake chips for cash. Another problem was that, at first, they couldn't tell which chips were fake, so good was the manufacture of the fakes. Eventually, one of the security people thought one group of chips seemed 'off' and sent it off to the company to look at. The company said 'this is real', but the guy insisited they look closer at it. Upon a second inspection they found that it was a fake, the tell was that one of the ways it was stamped was in a direction opposite from the normal production process.

Fascinating.

Why bother laundering the fake chips through table play though? If they're so good that the production company failed to notice at first glance, couldn't you just pass them off at the cashier immediately?

Security would be sure to notice that someone was cashing chips without ever playing. Better to put on an act.

"I can count on one hand, literally, the number of women I have ever met that can take that kind of advice, accept it and make use of it without their epic egos setting metaphorical fire to the conversation.

Most women "looking for advice" are in reality looking for someone to validate their cosmic victimhood, because it's not really their fault, because it's never their fault. This behavioural trait isn't absent among men, but when we fail society cares not, while when women fail there is no shortage of comforting platitudes on offer from every vector.
