You can't really compare wine prices. I can buy a 2 euro bottle of wine in France. Its produced there.

The menus that were posted would indicate a cheap beach destination. I mean 2 euro for a beer, and about 40 for a bottle at the nicest place in town would be cheaper then Thai/Mexican beaches.

Any other good beaches where there are lots of EE women? Any good beaches in Romania? Or does everyone flock to Greece?

As far as Odessa, although i havent been (hoping itll change this summer), youre both right.

You can do it on the cheap, just like every other city, and you can take advantage of the low grivna, but bear in mind its a tourist city in summer so they will adjust prices. And, by all accounts, the cheap side of Odessa isnt that pleasant, which will make the city lose much of its appeal.

Most ukrainians i talk to consider Odessas beaches very ugly, therefore they will limit their beach access to the beach clubs. The hot girls will flock there as well.

Its a question of target markets. Odessa was ment to be a place where Russian, Ukrainian and rich tourists come to blow money around showing off.

Varna, some greek islands, etc... are ment for drunk teenagers to come puke on the streets.

As such, the hottest girls you meet in ayia napa and rhodos will be going to the same bars as everyone else. The hottest girls in Odessa will be going to Ibiza and the rest.

A table in some beach clubs at night can cost you 500$ minimum for 4 people, even in kiev the best clubs arent that much.


So to sum it up, everyone going to most other beach destinations around odessa will have the same experience regardless of how much they spend.

Everyone going to Odessa wont.

Again, this isnt direct experience but through rather extensive second hand experience.

Check out Montenegro, I stayed in Ulcinj a few years back and it was awesome. Lots of locals, and lots of people on vacation too. If you want cheaper look at Albania.

All those points are pretty accurate. The 500 $ seem to me a bit high, or maybe at Ibiza, and in case of special event (big name DJ) or concert. Bottle/table service at Itaka is more around 200 € (one bottle and mixer included), whatever how many people in the group - which is admittedly reasonable by international standarts.

As a side note the beaches in Odessa are not only ugly, but the water is one of the dirtiest I've ever seen ...one some days it's really disgusting - without even talking about the jellyfishes. No wonder that people prefer beach club's swimming pools.

I've been more than once there, mostly tourists, only one maltese. Average age of girls is around 18-23, you can find easily underage girls too as there are many language schools there, it's quite like the average party island in the mediterranean, less drugs and clubs then places like ibiza, magaluf, but more fuck according to my experience (well i've never been neither to ibiza nor to magaluf, i just guess). I think that place suits me, my game, my looks perfectly, i think it's the perfect place for me, as i've seen that it can be horrible for somebody else.

What updates do we have in 2016?

Odessa, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania. Greece, Turkey?

Looking for inexpenisive beach spot to chill at.

Cheap flights within Europe from Ryan air and Skycanner look good, cheaper than train. Great prices to UK/France/Italy, but of course costs high upon arrival.

Greece and Turkey have to be really cheap b/c of economic/political situations in both.
The Balkans really intrigue but airfaire is pricier.

Romania and Bulgaria seem nice, but might as well go to Odessa for Black sea and lower prices.

I was in Odessa last summer. It's cheap relative to most other Euro beach destinations with the exception of maybe Bulgaria (never been there).

You don't need go to the high end places to pick up girls. Daygame works just fine.

There is too many sex-hungry Turks for my liking in Odessa. They literally abound and in the evening occupy most of the café terraces on Deribasovskaya and Rishelievskaya, smoking their hookahs and leering at every girl that passes by ...... and they will be even more numerous this year (as in all Ukraine for that matter), Russia having suspended its visa-free agreement with Turkey. In fact, the only places that are relatively "Turk-free" are the high-end venues (like Steakhouse, definitely the best terrace on Deribasovskaya) and the "upscale" beach clubs ...... the best girls know that and tend to stick to those places.

Not so ...of course they are also there, but not en masse, and it seems to be just the "pick of the bunch" (i.e guys with good taste and money). The uncouth, libidinous, dressed like slobs, hairy and smelly ones (90%) seem to stick to downtown cafes, where they literally swarm in the evening and at night. Daytime, maybe they go to public beaches, don't know, I've personally never set a foot on a public beach in Odessa, too dirty.
