Basic investigative work here.

Find out what the tagging handle is from the piece. With this type of high profile incident it's doubtful the tagged handle is ffrom the actual tagger with that name who did it or it's a completely new invented handle.

If it's an existing handle then it's most likely done by someone he had beef with and is trying to fuck him over. Find who out from the enemies list is and narrow it down to a list of suspects. Mark each one off according to daily alibi.

I'm sure they would eventually find the person responsible.
