This is the first time I am discussing this in RVF, especially when I did point out to a girl that has a ring on her right hand ringbearer finger, "that signifies any desire of keeping a broken relationship."

I previously saw this on a former co-worker and even my own mother.

Anyone else caught on to this?

I'm sure 99% of women don't know that, nor do they care. Hell, I didn't know that. Not sure how discussion-worthy this is.

Yeah, General Stalin, speaking of which, I did bring it up out of awareness and being savvy in general.

But yeah, permanently removing AND keeping that ring off (not wearing the said ring) means "moving on".

I don't think it's particularly aware nor savvy to pick up on "underlying meaning" that doesn't exist.

I could not find it, but I recall an article in one of the manosphere blog discussing this.
To my recollection, sluts will put rings on all fingers, apart from "that finger".

The "ring finger" is an indication of "availability". So girls who have a ring on that finger signal that they are unavailable.
I'm referring to non-married females.
