So i have been dating this one girl for about a month now but there was some stuff that happened before. We have had sex a a good amount and before that there was definitely things i did to get her to like me. It's very simple.

Stop hanging out with her as much and stop listening to her as often. Don't ghost her or anything. But be slower with your responses if you text and keep yourself busy with constantly improving yourself both by personal reading time (through literature or what have you) or gym time (improving your physique to command more looks from other women which would give you passive dread game).

The best key to a retaining a woman without effort is by combining passive dread game and increasing your value as a man so that she works extra hard to keep you from an opportunistic third party woman.

Women are very territorial. The biggest motivating factor for them clutching on to their men (in my experience) is if other women want what they have. All other factors aside (like personality and just the relationship dynamic you have with your partner) come in second to the fact that dread game is what will always win out.
