Knowing what you all know about women, do you still have girlfriends? The only way I could imagine letting a woman be my girlfriend, is if she understood about my understanding about how women are, and didn't have a problem with it. I know a woman like that, who is smoking hot, and a latina, but she already has a boyfriend, and wants kids anyway, so that's out of the question.

People are people. Expecting this super fidelity is a bit unrealistic and unnatural and only practiced heavily in this hemisphere.

I talk to lizards from different countries and they don't even lose sleep over the fact that their husbands will cheat. They just trust that he will do it with dignity.
You only have to trust that a woman will at least respect you when she's jumping over dyck and you need to make sure that you have the edge over her so if she brandishes the 'I fcuked your friend/brother/dad' card, you can present one back to her.

If I think a woman would ever cheat on me, she is out, in fact, I wouldn't even let her in. Sure, I'd have sex with her, but that's all it would ever be, fucking. I just don't see the point in having a girlfriend if she fucks other guys from time to time. We may as well be fuck buddies, and she's the one who fucks me behind her boyfriend's back.

Hit the nail on the head. This is just how women rationalize sleeping with strangers abroad. Yet another reason why female logic = irrational thinking.

White American girls are the biggest culprits in my experience with regard to cheating on vacations.

It's really odd. it seems as if there is a designated time or area where women can act like sluts, and not be judged for it, they'll do it. Halloween, girl's night out, bachelorette parties, vacations, and others I can't think of right now, it's like they go wild and fuck everything in sight.

Yes. You need tight game and a girl who has demonstrated strong self-control. Assuming you have high standards for femininity, chastity, beauty and fidelity, only 5-10% of women are acceptable as girlfriends. If you're willing to compromise on the first 3, but not fidelity, probably 20-30% are acceptable.
For the vast majority of men, I think fuck buddies, porn, and hookers will provide a better sexual release than having a girlfriend.

Esperar, not all the women are the same. There are some (few) girls who do not like cheating or even ONS.
