I don't own one right now, but I do love them, but a lot of people associate ownership or love of a cat with effeminacy, although Churchill, Hemingway, Mohammed, and several other alphas in history have loved cats.

If you are alpha you project confidence and power. If you can portray yourself and every personality trait (whether it's things you like, talents you have, etc) confidently and powerfully with an alpha mannerism, then you're alpha. If you like cats make it work for you. If you naturally a beta then it won't work for you.
