Is anyone else baffled by this choice of a "model"? Is there really that big of a market in transgenders for web services? There's no way that is an actual female.

So this Mega White Knight is using his subjective personal agenda to completely shift focus of the entire company and brand. Go figure.

I don't get why companies do this. They're a huge web company, they can track traffic and conversions.

As soon as they see their profit margins dip they'll do a course correction. Pandering to SJWs doesn't make financial sense for them.

I used to use Godaddy for my domains when they were cheaper, but they kept on jacking up the price of private domain registration.

I now use Google: http://www.domains.google.com

For $12 per year, you can get a .com registration with private WHOIS. Haven't found anything to be cheaper.

Off-topic: don't use godaddy for domains. They're notorious domain-squatters. I also doubt you can claim ownership over your domain via godaddy. I use namecheap.com

I also use Namecheap, never had any problems.

I haven't heard much good about GoDaddy as a hosting company either. I guess they used to be good, but they've gone to shit in the last few years.

I never knew Google did domains.

I used to jump around loads of different registrars but always use Namesilo now. It's $8.99 per year with free WHOIS and I've not had any headaches with them so far.

Think about this, Godaddy is sacrificing profits by promoting an unappealing image of their company that is more likely to drive away customers than attract them in order to make fat women who complain on the internet happy.

A company is literally sacrificing profits to make shrill obese women happy.

The most ironic part is that the vast majority of I.T. nerds who register domains are men. Men prefer young women who are in shape. I can't imagine that this is helping their sales. The only reason why I think a lot of people are still at Godaddy is because it is quite a bit of work to constantly be transferring domains. I got off them years ago when their prices started really going up, don't regret it for a minute. This latest ad only confirmed my choice.
