It's funny, I thought the exact same thing when I saw that episode. Game recognizes game, I guess.

In the OP's clip, Larry does a nice job of opening, but simply talks too much. He's dropping great material. If I'm going to fuck up an approach, there's a good chance I'm going to do it this way. You need to let the interaction breathe and grow.

Bottom line: Larry has solid game. When he manages to get out of his own way, he spits some interesting openers and, because of his I-don't-give-a-shit-about-you DHV attitude, can land tail well above his level. He does have some problems with closing the deal though, if you're familiar with the show.

I uploaded it. The real game part starts at 0:39. I love it because I'd say the exact same thing. Eg, "You're not some creepo creep are ya?" "I am, I am a total creep." Funny coincidence, 'cause I've got a ticket to a great classical concert with mainstream appeal, and I just planned this morning to start whoring it out on Craigslist and a certain online dating site for loads of "pre-dates..."

Larry has Game. Mostly because he doesn't care what other people think. He produced one of the most successful TV shows of all time. He's super rich. Larry thinks he is better then every else. This is actually a good attitude to have when approaching women. Larry thinks women are beneath him. Thats a good frame.

I have a buddy who coached in the NBA. He said some of the players had a weird "superiority complex". They always thought they were better then other people. And they were not shy about it. They never admit to being wrong. Being better then other people was serious business to them. If they ever lost, they LITERALLY thought that the winning person or team just got lucky.

Self-belief and confidence at cartoonish levels. They would not even speak badly about themselves jokingly, ever.

Strangely, that is why they made it to the NBA. They are unshakable to the core. No matter the situation, they believe whole-heartedly that they are better then the situation.
