Here's the short answer:

1. Don't say stuff that can be viewed as mean by women on a college campus. Women are protected beyond belief. Error on the side of caution next time.
2. In case you didn't see rule number one, I repeat, don't say stupid stuff. All you need is a false rape or assault accusation to get your ass tossed out of school.
3. As annoying as this girl may be, it isn't your job to "settle the score". She's a woman, of course she is emotional. Are you going to stoop to her level?
4. As counter intuitive as this may sound, doing nothing in this instance is your best option. More on that below.

The more you try to retaliate, be it with words or physically, the more you'll appear to be an unhinged nutso. Also, keep in mind that any response by you at this point will only serve as a reminder as to how much she got under your skin. She isn't worthy of a response, she is so insignificant. Keep that mindset at the forefront of your brain until it becomes your actual frame of mind. Avoid interacting with this girl at all costs. If she continues to harras you, subtly turn on your video capture on your cellphone and record her. Drop the dime on her to the campus police and file a formal complaint after talking to a lawyer. Don't give the authorities any reason to believe that you are leading her on. Just let her own natural behavior sink her in the end if she doesn't know how to quit.

Last but not least, college is for studying and getting ready for the next phase of your adult life. Choose your friends and social circle wisely and immediately cut off losers. You are the average of the five closest people you hang around. Remember that. Good luck.

It's a shitty situation. I would report her and then do my best to avoid getting in situations like that in the future.

The other thought I had is that you should try gaming her. Not really much of a difference between anger and attraction. But in high school, I don't think I would try it.
