Here's another type:

- The Helpless Troll

Similar to the race troll, this troll posts endlessly about how bad his situation is, while making excuses or refusing change or help. His main goal is to keep the conversation about how bad his situation is. May hide under the guise of "just posting what I'm seeing," again, similar to the race troll.

We should be professionals here, and it is important to represent the truth, no matter how bitter or destructive that truth is.
In reality as more as I can, I go in other cities for the weekend. Ukraine is the closest and premium option for a high value man. But sometimes we should offer an overview of the city, since maybe it isn't clear that in the end of September Spanish started to replace the Yanks in the clubs, hence the situation is not likely to improve in October - month that according to many posts of the forum is the best to travel here...

- Hey guys, American girls are fat. -

So if you can go to other cities or Ukraine, why are you still going out at night wherever you are, if you've been implying it isn't worth it for over a year now?

- 6 months later: By the way, American girls are fat. -

Wouldn't you be better off sleeping in and saving money, and/or working on some way that lets you move permanently to these other cities or Ukraine?

- 1 year later: Also, I think it's important to represent the truth, that American girls are fat, and the situation is not likely to improve. But I'll keep you guys updated anyway about American girls being fat? -

This thread is called "The Poland Thread". So we are speaking about what's going on here.

Do the feminist, SJW, gay rights, etc. movements have concern trolls?
Do the feminist, SJW, gay rights, etc. movements have concern trolls? By "concern troll," I mean the type of people who say, "I'm concerned that this user's views and choice of words will harm the popularity of our movement. Something needs to be done about this."

I can't recall any time a feminist has said, "Whoa, we better not stereotype men as rapists and abusers, or we'll turn off men who might otherwise sympathize with our cause." Who knows, maybe that goes on in feminists' private forums, but I've never seen it in any public posting. The people who make such remarks are usually outsiders to the feminist cause. For example, this Redpanels comic.

If people criticize feminists on the basis of what one feminist said, feminists will say, "There are many schools of feminism, so your criticism is not applicable to feminism as a whole." They will expect the general public to understand and acknowledge that some of the people in their movement, whom they may even associate with, do not speak for their movement. They don't see so much of a need to police their own and go around denouncing, repudiating, or disavowing members of their movement for saying stuff they disagree with.

Also, if you criticize some of the stuff that they admit to believe in, such as the idea that we should give rape accusers the benefit of the doubt because there are more unreported rapes than false rape accusations, they say that facts and good ethical principles are on their side. They don't worry so much about how they're perceived; they're willing to stand up for what they think is right.

In the manosphere, on the other hand (as well as other dissident movements, such as the libertarian movement), I often see people saying, "We need to denounce, or repudiate, or disavow these views, or this choice of words, or this person, lest people get the wrong idea about what we're about." Even though we're against political correctness, there's this idea that we have to police what our members say, so that people don't think we as a group are hateful.

Why don't the feminists seem to care what we, or the members of the public who are more neutral in their views (e.g. swing voters who could be influenced for or against them), think of them? My guess is that they've been powerful for so long, that they've gotten used to being able to intimidate their opponents by stereotyping them as misogynists. They got away with this for so long that they eventually saw no need to exercise any restraint, and therefore they haven't bothered policing their own to ensure that their members don't say anything offensive.

Eventually, though, they overreached in the sheer number of men they were victimizing, and created a backlash that is starting to become more organized and active and even to win elections. So it will be interesting to see what they do next.

@Jean Valjean:

That's part of the reason why men need to speak authoritatively. Speaking in half-apologizing terms is very passive aggressive and feminine. Double-talk, mush talk and qualifying each and every statement that comes out of one's mouth isn't masculine.

Men ought to avoid the following phrases (something I find myself slipping up on from time to time:

"IMHO or in my humble opinion". Just give us your opinion, you don't need to coach it with fluffer words.
"I'm sorry." If you haven't done something wrong, don't apologize just for having an opinion.

These are just but a few ways that men are taught to avoid having strong opinions, which is necessary to find the truth. The Truth is Strong by its very nature, and is polarizing.

Good points. Another one is the replacement of the word "man" for "dudes," "guys", etc. Nothing exemplifies the decline of men in a society quite like the removal of the actual term in the respective language.

I always make a point of saying the words "man/men" around women. Their politically-correct feelz be damned.

I think it depends on the formality of the situation. I will usually say "chick" for girls/women and "guy" for men in an informal setting. "Guys" is sometimes used too to refer to a mixed group of men and women. My boss will often start an email with "Guys," when it's addressed to a whole department, because it's a casual environment and she's not going to type out "Ladies and gentlemen".

By the way, how old does a male person have to be, before you start referring to him as a "man"? For example, what if he's a teenager? Do you switch straight from saying "that boy over there" to "that man over there" as soon as he hits a certain age, without any in-between stage of "that guy over there" (which is a term encompassing both older boys and men)?

There are different opinions on this. From Benjamin Franklin's autobiography:
Benjamin Franklin Wrote:I made it a Rule to forbear all direct Contradiction to the Sentiments of others, and all positive Assertion of my own. I even forbid myself, agreeable to the old Laws of our Junto, the Use of every Word or Expression in the Language that imported a fix’d Opinion; such as certainly, undoubtedly, &c. and I adopted instead of them, I conceive, I apprehend, or I imagine a thing to be so or so, or it so appears to me at present. When another asserted something, that I thought an Error, I deny’d myself the Pleasure of contradicting him abruptly, and of showing immediately some Absurdity in his Proposition; and in answering I began by observing that in certain Cases or Circumstances his Opinion would be right, but that in the present case there appear’d or seem’d to me some Difference, &c. I soon found the Advantage of this Change in my Manners. The Conversations I engag’d in went on more pleasantly. The modest way in which I propos’d my Opinions, procur’d them a readier Reception and less Contradiction; I had less Mortification when I was found to be in the wrong, and I more easily prevail’d with others to give up their Mistakes & join with me when I happen’d to be in the right. And this Mode, which I at first put on, with some violence to natural Inclination, became at length so easy & so habitual to me, that perhaps for these Fifty Years past no one has ever heard a dogmatical Expression escape me. And to this Habit (after my Character of Integrity) I think it principally owing, that I had early so much Weight with my Fellow Citizens, when I proposed new Institutions, or Alterations in the old; and so much Influence in public Councils when I became a Member. For I was but a bad Speaker, never eloquent, subject to much Hesitation in my choice of Words, hardly correct in Language, and yet I generally carried my Points.

I think sometimes, when you speak confidently and dogmatically, it makes people more likely to believe you, because you're putting your credibility on the line, by setting yourself up for embarrassment if you happen to be wrong. But sometimes if you use words like "always," "never," etc. or say "I'm 100 percent sure that," etc. a pedantic listener will start looking for exceptions or unlikely possibilities to point out, and distract from the general principle you're stating. As a programmer, I'm in the habit of thinking, "What are some situations where there'd be an exception to this general rule, that would cause a glitch?" so my mind automatically goes there and I end up qualifying my statements with "usually," "generally," "probably," etc.

Consensus and respect are not the same thing. I am talking about real respect that only men can feel for other men.

Women do not respect men because they do not understand real masculinity. I have first hand experience of this. I have known a lot of manly men, alpha men, men I respect who have respected me in return for my 'respectable' qualities. I can feel that this is a type of manly respect and it is something I could never feel coming from a woman. They simply don't understand. It is like a novice chess player trying to understand the plays of a grandmaster, it may even look stupid to them.

When you reach a certain level of manliness and character, you leave women so far behind that the mere idea of being judged by a woman in terms of manliness is absurd.

I think I just have a very low opinion of women, I would say I am self-professed misogynist. I have seen too many 'smart' women make poor choices in partner selection and other things, I have seen too many women make mistakes when given free choices. I think patriarchal systems are more efficient and I just think I have better things to do then constantly maintain Alpha-level game, just stupid enough that the woman gets it. I have a low opinion of men that put too much importance on the opinions of women.

There are times for being more polarizing. Trump making a statement about the wall needs to be polarizing. It is a rallying point. There's no point in building a wall if you half-ass it or don't enforce border security. There's zero room for compromise on this issue. Speaking with authority matters here due to the urgency of the issue.

On healthcare, and how it should be noted that there's more wiggle room as to compromise. He can take a more reconciliatory approach to the Dem's and Rep's that are in favor of healthcare, but realize there needs to be tweaks.

One must moderate (or not moderate) one's tone based upon his need, according to each unique situation.

Beta Sympathy Troll

Posts something they did that was beyond beta seeking sympathy. These trolls pretend to be alpha now but really are still anti-game losers.

Examples include absolutely terrible stories about how they "let" their girlfriends, wives, etc be strippers or actual prostitutes for "financial reasons" but don't have enough game to even come close to pimping the girl out.

RE: Types of RooshVForum Trolls
Talking about alpha troll.

/thread-62786.html

Just a recent example.

Too many guys who cannot think for themselves, think that by adopting certain phrases and techniques will automatically transform their lives. There are very few alphas in real life. But there sometimes seems to be an obsession to be one. Most successful guys I know have both alpha and beta tendencies. Knowing how to navigate through life is very important to success. And a lot of guys seem to confuse alpha with insecurity. What I mean by that is, here comes a terrible example, a guy starts a fight.

The alpha, has assessed the situation and realizes that this is the only option. The insecure guy just panics. On the surface, it seems like they are taking the same action but their motivations are different.

Or like the guy who is in a group and just wants to dominate the conversation, sometimes that guy is just insecure and wants to grab attention, he isn't AMOGing you, he is just showing what a little bitch he is.

Focus on improving your life, worry less about labels.

Fate whispers to the warrior, "You cannot withstand the storm." And the warrior whispers back, "I am the storm."

Is Indian race troll written up yet?

I see a lot of this from feminists; they seem incapable of calling men "men" and almost exclusively refer to them as "dudes". Case in point: Bernie's "dudebros".

If I were to refer to them as "chicks" that would be dismissed as sexist.

Something like this would have to be posted on reddit or some other outside source just for the paper Alphas to show face.

"See! I can be Alpha and still get fucked in the ass by my wife!!"

This sort of thing has already happened on the red pill subreddit. The last time i paid a visit there I saw a thread about polyamory, and guys were making that exact argument that they're poly alphas gettin' cucked on the reg.

"Does PUA say that I just need to get to f-close base first here and some weird chemicals will be released in her brain to make her a better person?"
