The tides are changing. This is the only humane way to deal with future socialists/communists for they cannot be reasoned with. They will seek holes (for example – the stupid debate about the situation at the entrance of the building) or make holes within any kind of rational argument.

that is what I got out of it also. The protesters were just trying to challenge him at every statement, not make a logical decision as to what they were going to do with the information that he gave them.

And he is being super patient. That chancellor at UC Santa Barbara had the security pepper spray students in the face for sitting too close to the sidewalk. That bitch got a pass and kept her job just because she is a woman and non-white. These kids are occupying a building and physically intruding on the space of the empolyees who work in the building.

At other universities, students have been successful at ousting Presidents over accusations of racism. OSU's new President, Michael Drake, is black. Checkmate!

As an alumnus of OSU, I can say that the school is not an aberration from your typical mid-western university. So it makes sense that this may set a precedent for how other universities handle the SJW menace. The President in his remarks has been firm in standing up to protestors and it's unlikely he will back down.

The gentlemen mentioned there was a confrontation and the kid starts blabbing about how he has video that people did not rush and then some dumb bitch jumps in and comments about the confrontation (thus confirming). They seem to miss the point that there was a confrontation regardless of how they entered the building.

And many points made by the administration were laughed at a dismissed. Imagine if he did that to them? Somehow students at osu are not like the fucktards at other universities where supposed peaceful protests became not peaceful?

We demand the administration of the Ohio State University be responsive to community calls for justice, transparency and democratic process by meeting at least one of the previously established campaign demands below.
OSU Divest: Divest from Caterpillar Inc., Hewlett Packard and G4S due to their involvement in well-documented human rights abuses in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and across the globe.

United Students Against Sweatshops: Immediately cease all negotiations of the Comprehensive Energy Management Project. The university must maintain in-house operation of its energy systems, ensure that all workers in the energy systems will continue to work for the university, and ensure student led sustainability measures are implemented.

Real Food OSU: Sign the Real Food Campus Commitment. Ensure the administration work with Real Food OSU through the entire implementation of the Real Food Campus Commitment, in place of, or as a means of attaining, the university sustainability goal of increased “production and purchase of locally and sustainably sourced food to 40% by 2025.”

I lived in Columbus for six years. Most students at OSU aren't interested in activism. Much like Columbus, a lot of people go there simply to get out of whatever small town in Ohio they happen to be from--Lima, Portsmouth, Youngstown, Steubenville, or whatever.

Most of the protesters are spoiled brats who had everything given to them. Those students are "too good" for OSU. The hotbeds of social activism in Ohio are Oberlin and Antioch.
