The earlier a girl "blooms" the sooner her blossom fades. My older brother referred to this as his "go ugly early, theory" He told me the girls that already had developed bodies and were sexually active in middle and high school would be washed up and used goods by their 20's and that the skinny, nerdy, goofy girls with the librarians glasses would just be metamorphising into beautiful women.
Damn if he wasn't right. The same thing goes for men, many early super alphas peak in high school.
For some reason late-bloomers seem to age more gracefully, both male and female.

I nearly banged a really slutty chick who was 22. Decent face, body was ok but was sliding towards weight gain-- will be a chunk by 30. Bitch was a severe sloot. He's right. From memory-- it's the chapter right before Winston and Julia get arrested by the Thought Police. They're lying in bed and there's a Prole women outside the window singing as she's doing laundry and Winston contemplates how working class girls go from childhood to a short bloom of beauty to quickly being worn out and worn down.

A few observations -

Mormon women tend to age very well. Maybe it's having kids early, maybe it's a low stress, substance free lifestyle, maybe it's the community, but whatever it is, they look good with fewer wrinkles than others their age. Anecdotal, but check them out sometime.

Rather than post pics of private individuals, let's have a look at a celebrity who slammed HARD into the wall after being an 8+ in the late 80's. The chick from the WhiteSnake video (you young guys have no idea what I'm talking about, but go look at the pics, old and new, of this ball slammer turned wall slammer). That's the first person I thought of when I saw this thread - her looks started to go south not much more than five years after that video on the two Jaguars. Looks like Mr. Botox got too involved also. Sad.

Finally sun exposure - could not agree more. I knew a buddy who married a hot blonde who had an equally hot sister. Thought there might be a possibility there for me, but never happened. Then I saw her recently, maybe ten years onward. Living in FL and sucking up sun combined with short hair and whatever the wrong kind of regular exercise is, and she looks like Jamie Lee Curtis from those stupid yogurt ads. Barf. Thinking about American girls of European descent, many Italian and Jewish girls seem to be some of the best wall-dodgers around. Two of the girls I dated regularly in the past year were of Italian descent, both in their early 30s but could easily pass for mid-20s. The only way you could tell their real age was a few light crows feet around their eyes.

I hooked up with a Jewish girl in college a couple times when she was around 20 and she was pretty cute, maybe a "6" by this forum's standards. She's in her mid-30s now and a little thinner with longer hair and judging by her social media photos she's well into "7" territory - a lot hotter than I remember her.

Conversely, girls of Irish and other UK descent are usually lucky to make it out of their 20s without looking beat (hence why Boston girls are "a paler, uglier sort than women from the elsewheres of life.") Girls of EE descent in the US don't seem to age particularly well, either.

The reality is that women either go into stressful competition in school, stressful paryting competition in school, and land a "job" where they continue the stress. The alcohol use (at least in the western world) which was essentially nil in the 50s and 60s, is now not only commonplace, you have girls drinking entire bottles of wine. Working, stress, and alcohol use reduces most sweet spots in the West to ages 18-25. Processed food and women's inability (stress and emotion) in general to deal with it from a social and biological point of view (most don't work out or have metabolism that persists much past 25) just adds more fuel to the fire.

A dermatologist friend of mine told me that women (especially who hadn't had kids) who were 26 and up had hit the wall in skin quality --- notable break point in changes, he reported. He said it was like clockwork, and mentioned it when we were talking about girls, unprovoked. I followed with "If you check age ranges for all comers on dating apps, 26 is the absolute wall age."

Uncanny that those coincided.

In reference to my post earlier that women who bloom earlier, fade earlier, it has become common knowledge that due to environmental factors as well as childhood obesity, young girls in the West are undergoing puberty at an increasingly younger age.

According to my theory, this will also cause these same women to hit the wall earlier as well.

My daughter's best friend when she was 8, had to be taken to see a pediatrician as she was already showing secondary female characteristics. Fucking 8 years old!

It didn't help that her Mother was a bonafide land-whale and the family's diet was SAD. Typical Standard American Diet, high in sugar, protein, and saturated fats.

Genetically, all the women in my family are rail-thin, as is my daughter's mother. None of these problems exist in my family and my Mother, my ex and her female relatives are all aging quite well.

It has also been noted in science that the closer to the equator a woman lives, the earlier they approach menses.

Both environmental and genetic factors determine when a girl reaches puberty and thus when she meets the wall.

Fortunately for me, probably the best wall survivor I personally know, is my partner and mother of my child. We are on the later side of 30 now, and she has managed to keep it together amazingly well.

We were just at a hotsprings resort for our first overnight trip together since the baby. We drank champagne, bumped a tiny bit of molly and relaxed. Looking at her body, after having a kid, was remarkable. It still looks like this:



Her hips got bigger after the kid, but her exercise routine flattened her stomach back to normal in 6 weeks. Her waist to hip ration is even better than before too.

The only noticeable sign of aging is her hands and some laugh lines at her eyes. Most place her at late 20's. Life of no smoking, good sleeping habits, minor drinking and very good diet and exercise are key. Also she is half Japanese so this helps. She is not short and has good posture, which also helps perception.

As for women who age terrible, the list is endless. I know guys who are my age that are also with girls our age that look like they are married to their mothers.

Like Kona, I ran into a girl from high school and did not recognize her. I thought she would have been my teacher, not my classmate. I was perplexed as I thought I was talking to a 45 or 50 year old.

You're gonna want to be looking for the Cali variety, not the squat and frumpy Brooklyn/NYC variety.

The hottest girl in my high school started hitting the wall right as she got to college. She was a 10 freshman-senior year of HS, then, almost like it happened overnight, she dropped to a 7 the first day of college. Now that we're in our early thirties, she's somewhere between a 5-6. The crazy thing is, it's not because she's put on weight. Her looks just faded. I'm not sure if it's from drinking or drugs, but she's nowhere near what she used to be.

There is one girl I know who seems immune to the wall. She was an early bloomer. Myself and every guy in my class had a crush on her from the time we were 8 all through middle school. I didn't attend the same HS or college as her, but saw her here and there. She maintained her hotness. Now she'll post a picture on Facebook and it's almost like she hasn't aged even though she's almost 32. I'm sure the wall will reach her eventually, but her numerical value hasn't dipped once since grade school.

Lets detail out.. things that help/ helped..
- Genetics
- Food habits they have/ had
- Exercise - type, intensity, volume etc. (too many girls going heavy on over stressful CrossFit and Excess Running.. wondering if that works counter productive.. .. Yoga.. Where is the sweet spot for physical activity)
.. Last night I was reading J Douilard's - Mind, Body, Sport and he shared some interesting research on how Excessive stressful physical activity had screwed most Top/ Pro as well as High School/ College athletes/ sports players.. Bad aging, Immunity issues/ illnesses, Chronic Fatigue syndromes etc..
Something that may also apply to us.. our families/ friends.
How do we determine excessive? (he's got some interesting takes on that)..
- Other Mental/ Emotional/ Family/ Factors
- School/ College/ Career/ Marriage/ Child birth aspects..

A few girls I grew up with are 21 and have crows feet around their eyes, their skin is puffier and are largely unnoticeable and a shadow of their former hot head turning selves in their late teenage years.

I was with a Filipina woman who told me she was 19. On our second time meeting, she said she had a confession and told me she was 31. I just thought she was teasing me and didn't believe her but she didn't drop the joke and she showed me her ID and she was really 31. I just accepted her being 19 and really thought nothing of it as she looked and acted so young.

The oldest wall survivor I've known was a 42 year old mother of two who didn't look a day over 27 even to my Asian-adjusted eyes. Being short and Korean must of helped, along with sunscreen addiction and always wearing a hat outdoors.

Youngest victim? I live in Australia which has the harshest UV, and one of the highest female obesity and drinking rates. I wondered why there were so many mature students at uni 'til I found out.

Due to genetics, the list is not always going to be formulaic, but I agree that its a start.

- Mixed race is often a good, as it tends to soften out the more abrupt features and gives a more timeless look. This West Indian girl I have been seeing, her skin is so tight and flawless that I can easily picture is staying tight into her 40s. She is half black, half white. Also sun averse Asians who are obsessed with diet, skin and figure (some Japs and Koreans for example).

- Food is huge, so having a woman who eats almost all whole foods and drinks mostly water. Fermented foods are good, it keeps the stomach healthy and they are able to expel waste easier and more often.

- Exercise is mostly body weight stuff like lunges, pull ups, squats. Things like hanging is good, as women often battle deteriorating bones which add the perception of age due to lazy posture. This is where some yoga, Pilates will come in handy. Women need a way to relax, and yoga is a good way to ease the mind while still engaging them. Stretching is so critical to women's health.

- Illness and that is too genetic to know until you are in deeper with a person. My wife's mom has only been sick a couple times in 25 years. My wife is almost the same, and I have a good immune system as well. Our son is almost 2 and has never been sick even though he is around kids who are constantly sick. We have no asthma, no glasses, no cancer in our family trees but again, this is not something that is easy to shop around for.

- Emotive state is one of the biggest for me. I need someone who is very balanced, not someone who is amazing to be around, but is impossible to be around on the flip side. Just a steady, solid, happy, positive person. This also leads a bit into the next one, which is education.

- The smarter women in my life are the ones who lack sleep, can't stop thinking and are not able to shut their brains down. They age fast, and live a life of stress. We all know this type, I know I do. I can often bang these women just by offering to spoon them to sleep. Sex and career oriented women go hand in hand, many of these women need a good pounding to shut off their work brain and get some sleep.

Also having a motherly instinct is key, as this personality is that of a happy person.

I think these are fairly accurate. I would be interested to know if some of the older experienced players here have similar results/ observations.
