Just watch the movie "indecent proposal". Point being fuck the money, no man will go for it. The intent was never to loan him any money. I'd pass off one of my lizards as collateral for a loan. A real G doesn't attach too much emotions to lizards.

That guy is good looking, you can tell by how early the girls are giggling/giving big smiles and it doesn't sound like a nervous giggle. That skews everything.
Awful hair and clothes indeed but I think it can diminish the potential creepiness factor: he looks crazy all around, not just interacting with women, in an open way.
Mentioning boyfriends, husbands etc. is beyond my comprehension unless it's for giving the idea that he cares about those things ie. projecting a good guy's image to counterbalance his directness.

He does a poor job building connection and attraction. He doesn't present himself as higher value, he compliments them in a needy way, his vibe is all over the place, his outfit and appearance is bad.

How can this guy be a pick up teacher? He is not very good!

As I said earlier, if you are not a good looking young white guy, then don't try this at home. In his case, the attraction is already there, he doesn't need to build the attraction. All he has to do is be able to hold the girl's attention for long enough to close the deal. Guys like that have a lot of leeway in what they can get away with.
