On his last show on Compound he announced he is leaving to be on public radio with a new company on September 15, 2017.

One thing about these old school ex drug addicts and alcoholics is their ability to think fast on their feet. He is witty as hell, and has a good ramble.

He also got laid more than most men could fathom but has actually spent a lot of thought on fatherhood, and through some of his rants an amazing amount of rock solid advice on the subject falls out. Sharpening this knife is very smart.

It will be shame to lose his show, his hungover rants are hilarious.

His words regarding rich people trying to fill the obvious right wing media vacuum are encouraging. However we will have to see what it really means. Milo's media venture in Florida was only 12 million$ and its just a small company managing his tours and social media accounts. You can barely get 8 talented people to stick around for a year with that low amount.

Its amazing how bad the leftist message really is. With all that capital and influence and yet they still lose elections. Americans are whole heartedly rejecting them regardless of the 24/7 propaganda machine. Since tv has been 80% clouded with sjw content, the people have trained themselves to distribute alternative content with cheap or free available options. While they have gotten very good at this and it is the primary reason for the success of Donald Trump, in order to really compete as a true alternative, the right needs some serious funding in new streaming platforms. Forget about the cable route, the cable companies are part owners of media companies, including news networks like CNN.

Unless this new media company has investors willing take take a big risk and start a subscription streaming business that can actually compete on grander scale, the alternative media world will always be a rebel army annoying the government but without any serious long term battle strategy.

I doubt Gavin has never been inside an American prison. The reason there is such recidivism is because most lifetime felons have room temperature IQs and severe mental problems. Prisons aren't forcing these retards to sell crack and shoot other hood-rats that are wearing the wrong colored shirt. Cucking society by letting them out is not going to help society. The problem with prisons is a problem with crime, the problem with crime is the fact we have inner-city, R-selected, single mothers breeding low IQ fatherless sociopaths. I liked a lot of what Gavin said but pie in the sky libertarianism rarely finds where the rubber meets the road.

I'm glad he's back, but this new show seems like a real step down. He went from an ok-looking studio with 3 engineers to something that looks like a radio studio with one engineer (who he apparently poached from Compound Media.)

I hope he's getting a lot more money. Is the show going to be better? It's more expensive now.

Does it really matter in the end if the content is engaging? Content is really king, and Gavin does have a history of being funny, and a good interviewer. I'm pretty sure his new format will be just fine once he has an opportunity to build up his audience again. There's a need for funny dudes who aren't politically correct, I'm sure he'll help fill that void.
