You don't have to be a legal scholar to know what can come your way if you're stupid enough to do something like this. As the old saying goes, "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time." He gambled and he lost. Besides, it sounds like it went beyond kissing.

You can clarify what "sophism" means to you, it has several acceptations. Either with your own words or with a standard definition – in which case you can include a reference to your source.
Then, explain how/why that definition applies to my posts in this thread( Be specific.)
And, explain how/why your branding of those posts as silly would be valid. (Be specific.)
