How to travel the world and at the same time stay in great physical shape?

This guy Mario is the expert related to this topic , how a perpetual traveller can stay in great shape and even improve wherever he goes..









Do you know any other resources related to this topic? How do you manage yourself this aspect?

Out of all the possible solutions to this problem, you found a guy whose video has 295 views? Do you know him personally? Or are you him? How did you find him? Why is he an "expert"?

It's all about the quality of the content he provides, not the "quantity"...So Mike Chang from sic pack shortcuts should me more reliable just because he has more views?

I found the channel thanks to a friend who is starting to travel all around the world.

Those who watch the videos of Mario will realise that his content has great quality...something strange in the fitness industry, which is full of bulls***
