Im not sure if those studies are in conjuncture with the current times because sure, Hispanics will be the majority but ONLY if the rate of mass immigration from Mexico continued which is not the case today. Immigration from Mexico into the U.S is net 0 which means that more Mexicans are actually leaving the US to go back to their homeland.

Mexicans aren't coming in mass droves like they used to in the 90s and early 00s. They also are not having as much kids as before. Still more than whites, but the days when Mexicans would pop out 10 kids each are long gone. Mexico's economy is getting better, and their society is changing. Going to "El Norte" is a thing of the past for many. Mexicans are over it.

Trump can say how bad NAFTA is all he wants but NAFTA actually helped Mexico become less of an agrarian/agricultural country to a more manufacturing and industrial country thus lowering immigration to the U.S. altogether.

True. What many people don't realize about the development of European, Chinese and Japanese culture is not that crime was not present. At times crime and brutality was rampant too. But the people making up those societies stamped those out whenever it was even humanly possible. This did not "just happen".

Criminal organisations like the Triads, the Yakuza, the Mafia - they all existed for a long time. But they existed with the underlying perception that they would not infringe on the rule of law too much - or otherwise the government and the people would crush it. Even in the Wild West this phenomenon was seen.

There is a reason why countries like Chile and Argentina are not anywhere near as violent as the ones further north. Even in the US you see this replicated as regions of identical socio-economic dysfunction have highly different crime statistics depending on the region and the ethnic makeup.

Tough question. IQs are too low in many of those countries. My guess is that the majority of South American people still believe that a better socialized quasi-marxist state will work - the East Germans and Russians did it bad.
Also positive eugenics is hard to push through anywhere. China is already practicing it in reality, but no one is doing it actively due to the Germans giving it a bad name in the 1930s and 40s (and they did it in a forced measure as well).

Though even with all of that you have work to do and streamline the country as Chile and Argentina have some way to go before stabilizing in the fashion of European countries. But they can likely manage. It takes only one good leader and better setup. I am less optimistic about the rest - even with a good leader.

They went to Western schools, universities, churches etc. They are the public. The public is the swamp.

But Tigermandingo is right that the people are sometimes not fully responsible for everything that happens to their countries. The Eastern Germans and the North Koreans are such examples. Still - when the economic model is free enough and the democratic principles are somehow available, then you have to take responsibility of the gross output. The people of Venezuela voted in a known communist at levels above 50% when it was 100% clear that this shit would not work. Even in the worst times of Europe hardly more than 20-25% supported communism - and this was when the very same people witnessed child-labor in mines that killed them before they turned 18.

You have to take into account the basic abilities of each tribe. Does it take 200 years to bamboozle them like the West or does it take 8 years like in many South American countries?
