I think it's quite reasonably expectations of a muslim neighbour.

What you're describing is what's becoming normal (at least in America), American Muslim teenagers after high school and getting away from their parents.

They don't pray or follow the book. They drink, smoke, fuck, and like to party.

As they get older, they do drift back spiritually to Islam.


My change was more dramatic, when I was a young teen I guess I was lazy and stopped going to my mom's good friends house where we learned to read the quran.

I literally had no fucking clue what I was reading, but knew how to pronounce the arabic letters, but no clue what they meant.

At that moment I realized this was fucking pointless, and so was practicing this religion.

Not to mention teen angst and rebellion. I went full atheist, and said fuck god/mohammed/islam/jesus/christianity/etc.

I became that black sheep I described, eventually my family realized they aren't changing me.

I'm still not religious but I have a more open mind about spirituality, I don't pray or really think their is a god, more like....I just don't care about religion anymore, I got more important things to do.

It's possible but unlikely. The metro station is at least an hour away using train and metro and you need to change lines...Could be possible if he had a car although the traffic would have been bad at that time of the morning. I would say a coordinated attack is more likely.

I am discussing these attacks with a few of my friends. Some of them are still holding on to the "We can't ban or restrict Muslim immigration because of a few bad apples".

I am also browsing Reddit and one sports forum that I frequent. Lots of cucks and liberals saying that Muslims should be allowed to immigrate to Europe in numbers unchecked because the West has been destabilizing the Middle East while completely ignoring that Muslims have been at each other's throats there forever. Also these people wanna get out of their shithole countries only to get to Europe and then try to make their adopted homelands just like the shithole they left behind.

This is a big part of it, too. Outside of any arguments about the nature of the religion itself, the vast majority of these radicalised 2nd-generation immigrants barely speak Arabic - if they do, it's a dialect, and that is as different from the Arabic of the Quran as Spanish or French is from Latin. Some of the guys in the Paris attacks had tried to go to Syria to fight, and the people in Syria laughed and sent them back to Europe because they couldn't even communicate.

Hell, I speak Arabic fluently enough that I can get by OK with modern news media and literature, but when I see a verse from the Quran I understand next to nothing. Even if these guys DO speak proper modern Arabic, the odds that they can understand religious texts is quite small.

So regardless of what the text says, the religious leaders interpreting it, and the explanations that people are hearing/reading will say that the text says whatever they want. When I was in Afghanistan, this was a big issue - Afghans don't speak Arabic, and the Taliban would bring in a few guys that had learned Arabic in religious schools and just make up shit to convince the locals to support them. The Quran could be full of nothing but love and puppies, but the situation being what it is, militant leaders could still use it to radicalise people.

I have been avoiding going to London for about a year now because... Well you don't exactly need the gift of foresight to see that this shit is imminent.
I have lots of friends there. But London is a fucking shit-hole anyway. So It's not like i cared all too much.

But I fucking Love Belgium. I usually spend about $300 per month just importing Belgian beers. Every few years me and my mates do drinking holidays there.
It's kind of obvious that an attack was imminent there also. Considering that they have the highest percentage of Muslims than any other country in Europe.
I have always been saying on these drinking holidays "Yeah, in half a generations time this will all be haram and we will need to find somewhere else that does Trappist beer". But I didn't actually think it would get hit with an attack.

I was actually thinking about moving somewhere else in Europe this summer. But then I started to think of places I would like, and it hit me... There is nowhere nice left in Europe.
