I suppose my version would start at age 15 and have a gap in display for the women's part that reads "not relevant" until age (legal age here).

At age (legal age here) it would start at 10 and then decline there-after, dropping off precipitously at 25.

The male one would just be a plain hill that both surpassed women and peaked at 30 to 35 before slowly dropping off after that.
