I have a request, there is a great gif of Orson Welles in a tux clapping (from the film Citizen Kane), an eagle dropping a plate of cheeseburger and fries in front of him, american flag in the background, crowd cheering, ending in a flash explosion. Unfortunately it's very long, almost 10 MB, and my phone won't forward it in texts. Can anyone find/resize/repost it at coarser resolution to get the size down? I'm a complete noob at these things. Much appreciated!

Got it down to just under 6 MB. Taking out every 4th frame took it to 4.75 but visibly degraded the beginning. Hope this one works!
