For my money its Bangkok...number one its safe, secondly tons of hot women, plenty of public transportation, and endless things to get into...nightlife that never stops and ranges from go-go bars to international dj's/dance clubs, to chill expat beer bars/lounges/to late night street vendors/trucks/stalls selling any kind of drink you want...

I know its polluted, and dirty...but once you get past that, you still have access to so many great things... if you want fine dining you got it....you want to go on the cheap, eat great street food its everywhere at every hour...

lodging--you name it they have it by the boatload...there are inexpensive hostels/guesthouses to 5 star hotels at reasonable prices...the food is insane especially if you like Thai, if not there is every kind of western style of food under the sun....

transportation has gotten so much better with the BTS/MRT skytrain, taxis are cheap, and if you need it a moto taxi will zip you anywhere quickly....

on top of that there is just an endless supply of kooky people from all over the globe, coming and going....and if you get tired of the city get on a plane in an hour and a half you can be at a number of thai islands/ beach resorts for under $150 RT........

I find it hard to rate many other cities that are safe, really cater to travelers and have the energy and life Bangkok does....its a vibrant kickass town.

Bangkok came to mind, but I dunno if I'd want to live there. I know the ex-pats there love it, and it was fun to visit, but LIVING there would probably get on my nerves. The "tons of hot women" point is an issue, too. Most of the women there are not hot, even more so if you don't like SW asian types. Depending a tastes, a guy could be very disappointed there

This thread is confusing. We ALL have different tastes in women. I like blonde, Nordic women while many others die for mestizo Latinas, and others go bonkers for skinny, short Asian girls.

I would never say that a Brazilian or any Latin country is full of beautiful women, because to me, they are average at best since I am Latin too.

Now, I may say Wroclaw wins hands down, but the Europeans here will disagree and go for a Latin or Asian city.

Yea but even within certain cities of a taste, the quality can be low.

For example, with Bangkok, I like Asian girls, but most of the HOTTEST women from thailand get exported somewhere else. They often end up in Japan, hong kong, etc.

Same for Eastern Europe. The hottest girls tend to get encouraged into certain cities, sometimes in the smae country, sometimes internationally. As I posted in the other thread, if you go to Seoul, Korea, you will see tons of Russian beauties. They get brought there or go there looking for better work opportunities. Same with cities like Singapore, etc.

Plus, some trends are pretty solid. far more European men prefer Latin America or Asia than they do Africa, which is generally last on everybody's list. The hottest African women are probably already in Europe anyway, or here in the states.

We also have different ideas of what great cities are. I love New York and Paris, but they don't have the sort of energy that a giant, sprawling mess of a Latin American city has. And the Latin American City is simply not going to measure up to a First World capital in the culture and luxury departments.

Also, a major first world city is going to have diversity that third world cities simply lack as of now. It is a tradeoff...I would love a city like Bogota with a wide variety of ethnic women, world-class museums and concerts, and great restaurants with all kinds of food, but that still retained that gritty, run-down hustler vibe. New York in the seventies and eighties as opposed to the cleaned-up yupster mallscape that's there now. I would like the option of being suited down in the luxury suite, as well as the option to dance all night in the barrio in a wife beater. There would be the possibility of doing artsy things without having to deal with people staring at their screens all the time and having entitlement complexes.

OK, now I am just dreaming. Paris in the 20s is my real best city and I missed it entirely.

Been to Los Angeles lately? Most of it might as well be a sprawling mess of a Latin American city. Most of Miami, too.

One positive for the first world cities is they often get the cream of the third world crop, though. Miami, DC, and NYC get tons of the best women from Latin/South America, here in SD we have a lot of Brazilians for some reason, and most of them are the playthings of rich men, so they are banging.


Paris in the 20s, I'll raise you Paris in the 40s! Sneaking around with a hot fellow spy, mmm.

The catch 22 seems to be that the negatives of any particular city can be what produce the positives. E.g., shitty weather most of the year in Chicago means that prices stay low, there's lots of friendly Midwestern girls since the weather scares everyone else away, and the summers are off the hook after everyone's been cooped up the rest of the year.

I spent a few months in Marbella. It's very quiet in the winter months. But, still probably the busiest Spanish town on the coast. It CAN be very glitzy. I think you're spot on with May and September. May because it's just before the summer high-season so flights and hotels are typically less expensive, yet it's still warm. September because that's when a large chunk of the city's residents get back from their month-long August vacations and there's that almost back-to-school-like buzz floating around the city. June's nice too, but more expensive and more dorky tourists. October's also really nice - less expensive, the air is nice and crisp, and you can get by with just a sweater most days.

I have been to St Martin on package vacation deal with an ex-girlfriend. This was years ago. Didn't have much time to explore the bar scene, but do remember seeing some stunning French women on the island.

I think Mixx is right on this. My taste depends on which continent i am. For now i would say : Khabarovsk in Russia. The city has a nice center, a beach and the most beautiful women in Russia. Read my post on it :

Great post I must say. Toronto in the 80's use to be gritty with fantastic nightlife and a certain grittiness to it. Now like many cities it has been cleaned up with sprawling condo's and Starbucks/Gap/Mcdonald's everywhere.

Budapest is a great city but sadly I was not bowled over by the women, although there are loads of sexy hungarian women.

You evidently did not go to Hajogyari Island. One of the highest concentrations of hot girls in one place I've found in the world (35+ countries and counting). It's a collection of clubs about 20 minutes outside of Budapest and where ALLLL of the hot girls go. I'm getting horny just thinking about it.

Entropy4 - I have never heard of that place and I have visited Budapest 3x, I think I was expecting alot more but I have no doubt there are alot of hidden gems there. I have seriously thought about living there, the ex was hungarian.

I was there last month. The bars in the city center are pretty mediocre and I agree, the girls are OK but nothing to get excited about. I had a friend who went to Budapest last year and tipped me off to those clubs outside the city though. Next time you're there, call a cab, take it out to Hajogyari Island (no idea how to pronounce it; but tell them Bed Beach and they'll know). It's about $20-30 to get out there. Check out Bed Beach and Dokko Club. $10-15 cover for each, but they go until 5AM so it's worth it. Then prepare to have your eyeballs pop out of your sockets.

Have to warn you though, the clubs there are a serious challenge. Some of the hardest places I've ever sarged in. And I've successfully picked up girls in clubs in Argentina, Ukraine, Russia, NYC, LA, etc. Only half the girls there speak any English. Lots of social circles. Large VIP section. And the Hungarian guys actually have some tight game.

But still, the concentration of quality alone makes the place worth the trouble. I've seen cities with hotter girls (Ukraine/Russia). But I don't think I've ever seen one place with that high of concentration of really hot girls in the same place before. I've banged "models" in the US who would be ignored in Bed Beach on a Thursday. They wouldn't even crack the top 50% of the girls there. And Friday's even better. There are moments where you have to honestly search to find an ugly girl in there. Dokko Club is almost as good.

It's a shame it's fucking Hungary, otherwise I'd set up shop there for a while, make some friends and learn the language. Budapest is nice. Cool vibe and everything. But places like Prague and Berlin have much more to do. It's on the cheaper side for Europe. But I can't see myself settling in there. Significant language barrier and spending 6-12 months learning Hungarian feels so pointless.

I actually saw a few black guys in Dokko with some hot Hungarian girls. One of them actually cockblocked me. Prague just has more stuff to do. I'd rate Budapest's women over Prague's. Both are nice cities and I wouldn't complain if I had to settle in them for a while.

I'm in Amsterdam right now, but heading back to the US next week. Been over here since early April. I'm based out of the US, although I spend most of my time abroad.

My third time in Amsterdam. Underrated city as far as architectural beauty and food (I find the city itself to be more beautiful than Paris or Barcelona), but completely overrun and ruined by annoying tourists. But it's even worse in Amsterdam, because the tourists are a ton of 18-22 year old English/American kids who are just there to get drunk and high. It's really annoying. If you know where to go, you can get away from them, and there are some nice clubs with mostly Dutch locals. The women aren't the hottest in the world. Although, as with any world-class city, you do have the random stunner every now and again.

Holland is actually considering making drugs illegal to tourists, which would actually make me far more likely to spend more time here.

As a Dutchman i really hate Amsterdam but that has more to do with football rivals and the annoying accent and arrogance of the Amsterdam people.
I would say visit smaller cities like Utrecht, Arnhem,Nijmegen,Enschede,Breda and Groningen. Nice student cities with tons of girls who'd like to meet foreigners. If you are going for the drugs (or prostitution) you'll be fine pretty much all over Holland.
