The call is released by the police on this page. The gym worker has that trashy voice where every sentence is a question. Just another millennial who doesn't know how to deal with social situations that occur offline.

I don't get the hate on this one.

If you're an employee at a business and you're closed, you don't just reopen the doors because a group of guys show up and want to come inside.

Then instead of simply accepting that they're closed, the group of guys just stand there and continue to bang on the door, long enough for her to call the police and the police to arrive. He said he took pictures of the employees, so clearly he could see them the entire time and saw that they had no intentions of opening the door for him.

What was he hoping to accomplish at the gym after it was closed? Did he think we was just going to show up at the gym after hours and buy it on the spot?

You would think that if he's actually in the gym business, he'd have a little more professionalism than that. Maybe call ahead or at least come when they're open.

It seems like he just feels like he can do whatever he wants because of his money/status and then played the race card when the employees wouldn't reopen the store for him on a whim.

Obviously the chicks are dumb, they just sit behind the counter at a gym. But again, they had no authority to open the door and likely had no idea what he wanted.

Bolded is impossible. They're out of business so they don't have normal operating hours: they lost their lease and were cleaning up in preparation to vacate the premises. I highly doubt he sauntered up to the door at 11:30 PM.

What did he want to accomplish? Maybe he wanted to say: "Hi, I'm Kam Chancellor. I wanted to see if the owner was in or do you know when he'll be in so I could come talk to him." Knocking on a door is just a way of getting attention, the employees assumed he wanted to access the facility. There's no proof of that. Would've saved time if tried to call(assuming the phone's still connected).

You're making the assumption that he planned to go a walk-thru of gym. Maybe he was knocking to introduce himself and ask for the contact info for the owner. Maybe he was an out-of-towner looking for directions to a gas station?

When did Kam play the race card? Those tweets of his are a pretty factual account of what transpired. Also one of the people with him was White. I think you're reading something that isn't there.

Chancellor has an extensive exotic car collection, and one of his main rides is a 2014 black Rolls Royce Wraith.

If anyone can produce a 911 call in which a dispatcher says, "The suspect has left the premises in a late-model, black Rolls Royce Wraith", I'd love to hear it.

This is America, people see what they want to see.

It doesn't matter that this guy dedicates his free time to helping all kinds of women get into better shape.

It doesn't matter that he does a lot of charity work for kids through his own foundation.

There's only one thing that matters in the immediate moment, and that's what causes people to respond the way they respond.

When something of this nature happens to J.J. Watt under similar circumstances, then I'll be forced to re-examine my position.

The problem is not that he showed up either. The problem is that he continued trying to get in after they had already expressed they were not going to let him in.

Any reasonable person not trying to create drama would have simply left. Instead he kept at it until they told him they were going to call the cops.

Again, you don't just open your locked, closed store to someone that needs directions.

You do not open the store to anyone, unless they are actually an employee or manager there.

I think the only people who have a problem with this are the people who don't understand how businesses operate. Like I said, these girls were probably dumb, but they were simply doing their job.

It doesn't matter if the store was closed, they should reopen it because Kam Chancellor showed up in a nice car.

This is not like the John Henson story, where they closed the store when he showed up.

The store was already closed. The employees told him they were not opening the door. He continued to try to get in. They told him they were calling the cops, he stayed there.

Expecting them to open the locked doors for any random person that rolls up is ridiculous. It is not part of their protocol, and yes, businesses do get robbed like that. I worked in one.

This is why there is so much OH&S bullshit now days cause women need to feel safe all the time!! Men don't give a shit about safety!

I'm a contractor... whenever i go to a business with only men, they get me to sign the OH&S book. If there is allot of women at a business, i have to go through the bullshit manual for the 100 times which takes at least 10 wasted minutes! One business (90% women) had a big timer on the wall regarding the last time their was a minor accident! *sigh*
