One of the bitter aspects of the Red Pill is to focus on what is rather than what should be.

One could argue that abortion is immoral - I won't step into either side of that debate here - and you can certainly vote and fight for your position, but at the end of the day, if you're unable to get your society to adopt your position, you have no choice but to adapt or leave.
