It seems like with any self improvement endeavor, authors recommend having a journal to keep track of your progress, and I want to keep one for practicing game/bedding women. Problem is I'm not sure what to keep track of exactly, or what format. Fitness is easy, you just record what exercise you did and reptsXsets. With game, do I record approaches or how the night generally went, or do you do a general synopsis of the night? Should I record what I wore so I can gauge fashion chooses, my mood that night, take note on venues, any new lines I tried, ect?

Also would it be best to have it in digital form, so I can put stuff into it while still in the trenches, or should it be a traditional handwritten journal and save it for at home?

If you guys keep game journals, what do you input into them and how?

Record each time you talk to a new girl, after the interaction is finished, or in the evening before going to sleep:

Keep it simple:

1. Description of girl (Age, appearance, how hot/cute, ethnicity, nationality - meaning western, asian, indian, black, whatever)
2. Where you did the approach (on the street, at a park, in a club, at a wedding, at a party, at a funeral)
3. How you did the approach (how you went over to her and what you opened with)
4. If she refused you right away or how long you spoke (number of minutes) and what you talked about
5. How you closed (got an email, social media contact, phone number, insta-date, kiss, or blowjob in bathroom)
6. If unsuccessful what you think you could have done better


That should be more than enough to study what you do right and wrong.

Put follow-up notes with the ones you date later on.

I think it's a good idea.

I kept a journal in college detailing the 2 women a day fucks and who I was interested in along with goals i was working towards at the time. I started going with a girl who was about two years older than me school and she " found" the journal and read it. She didn't think it was a big deal, but I was pretty pissed she invaded my thy personal thoughts like that. we ended up getting married a few years later lol.

So be careful with this book if you keep one if you don't want it to become reading material for anyone who comes into your life.
