^ Good advice and true I won't hire anyone who I don't know someone in the same trade unless I know someone who's worked with them.

Everyone needs to think about this there's a very fine line to walk between owning your own business or working for someone if you're the guy that can get hired in one minute you need to run your own shit.

Toronto (GTA) is one of the most competitive job markets in the world. I will try to find the article later but we have the most per capita university grads.

Travesty, no offense but it doesn't sound like you know alot about craft beers. I'm not a huge beer person myself but there are plenty of craft beers much stronger than the ones you listed with much higher alcohol content. Frankly a Budweiser is weak as shit compared to many of them, both in flavor and alcohol content. This kind of sounds like making fun of someone for enjoying a quality steak, and telling them to eat a Walmart one like a man.
