BlackDragon has been around the Manosphere practically since it's inception. He started out as a poster on the old FastSeduction forums, being a proponent of polyamory and specialising in Online Dating.

Since then he's moved on to his own personal game site (along with a business and personal blog) where he regularly updates and talks about how he manages his rotation and the nature of women.

Probably his biggest stand-out trait is his attitude to non-monogamy. He states that monogamy doesn't work and is counter-productive to long term happiness. Because of this he never promises to be monogamous with his women and allows them the freedom to sleep with other men.

While allowing his women to sleep with other men is very controversial, I really admire his objective, rational philosophy and how he has structured his life around maximum freedom and long term happiness.

Curious to hear what you guys think about him.

I liked some of his concepts like LSNFTE, really put some stuff in perspective.

Hey, sometimes it's the other guys girl, you're just borrowing her. I don't get to bent out of shape on this stuff either. I mean, I've got MY girl, who I love and takes great care of me, but the rest I don't expect much out of. Yeah, the LSNFTE made a lot of sense to me. I've had girls come back out of the blue months or years later to start fucking me after leaving because I wouldn't commit.

Lol yeah, his lexicon is a holdover from the PUA 1.0 days where the community developed practically its own language to describe things (AMOG, Negging, IOI, Nexting, DHV, EFA, Oneitis etc etc)

But yeah it does occasionally happen if you are outcome independent and have women regretfully leave you because you won't commit.

It's a surprisingly useful concept. For example it addresses a whole lot of normal breakup issues and puts them in perspective. Even when it doesn't apply, it puts you in the right mindset.

He's an older player (as am I) so maybe it's something you appreciate more as you get older.

He was straight up wrong about some basic math/gambling odds stuff that indicated a significant capacity for self delusion. It made me question everything he asserted just a little bit. It's a topic a lot of people are irrational on, but it's one of my little red flags.

I think he's got an interesting mindset. Like most guys I find it pretty hard to get around caring what the girls you are seeing get up to when they aren't with you, but I assume it would get easier when you're seeing 5 or so girls at once.

I have a problem dedicating myself beyond a certain point to just one manosphere "blogger" or personality.

There was a time when I read something and totally subscribed to all or most of the writer's thoughts.

However, things changed. At this point I can make my own decisions and disagree with some of their thoughts quickly. This is because of experience that I have collected more recently that allow me to discredit some of these thoughts. Sure it's cool to read a lot but some people just strike me as odd.

A blog is tricky because you may not know who's back there writing it. Sure, you can buy a service or "bootcamp," but realize these guys are running a business. They will stretch the limits of reality to get it from you.

That's why I enjoy and respect the forum. Guys here are genuine. Some of them have become good friends. When they meet a newbie and help them, it's not for money or fame. When I read the approach thread, it's real. When I read data sheets, they are real.

Be careful of subscribing to people because they seem interesting. Build your own reality and experiences first if you can. A boost is okay but people lose their money, time AND their sense of reality when they read too much from or in to one person.

And yes, I agree that if the lets his women fuck other men, he's an oddball who shouldn't be trusted, because let's face it, who that you know in real life would do that?

I saw ROK's Troy Francis linked to him on Twitter and decided to check him out for myself. Some of his stuff was OK, but once I saw he started bitching about Donald Trump, I was done with him. I'm not saying that Donald Trump is perfect, or beyond reproach, but I do consider myself to be a YUGE supporter of his, and I have to call into serious question the judgment of anyone who doesn't think he was best choice for Election 2016.

I was pro-Trump for the election too and agree he was the best (realistic) candidate for America in the medium term.

I think Blackdragon might be right that it will be impossible to halt the West's decline. I hope I'm wrong, but I think its prudent for everyone to keep working on their individual/tribal solutions to the state of things rather than rely on Trump getting it right and turning things around. BD himself has a 10 year plan to leave the West for greener pastures (Paraguay, Hong Kong etc) under a '5 flags' system.

I didn't agree with his critique of Trump as a 'pussy liar' because he wouldn't disclose his tax returns though. It would have been a political misstep to do so and considering how he bags people for making emotional judgments I thought it was a bit hypocritical for him to nitpick like that. Trump already said 'I know all the loopholes in the tax system and I take advantage of them' to the public's face.

Also for more context he's been quite critical of manosphere icons like Roosh, Roissy, Rollo etc in recent years largely because he doesn't think traditionalism will put the genie back in the bottle regarding female nature.

The guy isn't perfect but I still regularly read his blogs. Very red pill blunt commentary on the nature of the world and the people in it.

Just been getting into his blog and really enjoying his insights. Has one of the most rational approaches that I've encountered. I don't bother with reading the political/sociological/other content tho.
