I plan to take short vacations to EE in the near future, a week or even less.

I look for a cheap country(hotels and restaurants) with women that don't flake much because I won't have time for that.

I speak a fluent Russian by the way.

I've considered Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania. Any other suggestions? How about Estonia or Bosnia?

What websites are good to pipeline in EE? I know it's VK and MAMBA for Ukraine.

If you speak Russian go to Ukraine or Russia. One simple reason, currency exchange rate. Both ruble and grivna are at historical bottoms, not mentioning the fact that these countries have the best looking girls.

With a week or less, my experience is you'll have to try same-day-laying or same-night-laying solo tourist girls.

So then the question in your case becomes, where and when do solo Russian-speaking tourist girls go?

Summer is the obvious time.

As for places, I can't speak from experience. Reading online, I'd guess Odessa, Sochi, or some beach in Turkey (as I understand, they don't need a visa for Turkey).

I may be wrong, but didn't Putin ban all travel of Russians to Turkey after the Turks shot down a Russian plane recently?

From Roosh video, turkey is no. 1 sausage fest, so that rule them out automatically.

..but they're not exactly known to be easy catches. Most of these girls require a few dates before getting physical. One week might be a bit short for OP.

If summer, do Serbia. Belgrade's great, girls are hot & friendly. Same night lays are easy-ish.
