Vultures.

A bunch of gold digging whores that have had denied, precarious or still in trial rape claims against collegiate athletes are now trying a different angle to get paid for their vaginas.

They are filing a lawsuit against the university itself that alleges the University supports an athletic rape culture. Ludicrous...yes. Will it succeed? Possibly. This campus has had a number of retarded SJW issues in the last two years.

I guarantee if this does succeed it will be coming to an HR department near you "in order to minimize the risk of liability against rape culture suits". It will be like the gamma irradiated mutant of sexual harassment policies.

They could have pursued sexual assault charges criminally or civilly but then they would have to, y'know, prove the allegations with evidence and all those pesky procedures. I guess they think the university is a soft target they can make a bunch of cash from while getting some sympathetic judge to rewrite university conduct and administrative rules to their liking.

They are also parties to criminal investigations, some of which are currently in trial. I think they know they won't win those so are going to plan B. Like the OJ trial.
